They have yet to put underpinning on my cousins home. No central air! She has small children and the electric bill is sky high due to poor insulation and no underpinning! They only show you what they feel you can afford and rarely fix anything! They come promptly to collect rent though! A mess!

DO NOTBRENT FROM THIS PLACE IVE BEEN TRYING TO RENT FROM THEM FOR 4 MONTHS I MOVED FROM ANOTHER STATE BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THEY HAD A HOME TO ACCOMMODATE MY NEEDS I GOT MY APPLICATION ON FRIDAY 5/28/20 BECAUSE THE HOME WAS STILL AVAILABLE TODAY JENNIFER TOLD ME THE HOUSE WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND NOW MY CHILDREN AND I ARE ON THE STREET. I WAS LOOKING FOR A TEMPORARY HOME FOR US TO START OFF OUR LIFE HERE IN FAYETTEVILLE AND HAVE BEEN MISLED BY JENNIFER AND SHE REFUSES TO GIVR ME HRR BOSS NUMBER

Great food

To be honest after being here for over a year i dont recommend anyone move in here because they dont fix anything that breaks even if you submit a work order it still may not get done these trailers are all very old and run down and all these people care about is getting your money every month and haveing to do as little as possible to get it I myself well be moving out as soon as i find something better so take my advice unless you want stress and a lot of headaches stay away from this place there are way better places then this if you really want a trailer these people are always in your business

This place needs a facelift major

Management is knowledgeable and friendly. Trailers are clean and well kept. They have a new upgrade where you can get a washer and dryer from them and its an extra $40 on your rent. If something happens they come in and fix it. You are responsible for cutting your own grass but you can rent their lawnmower for $1.

Not as bad as people think.. older folks live here now I come to visit my uncle put holes for days so be careful

I love the woman and man that work in the office. Theyre super friendly and always send someone out when i need maintenance! The neighbors are a different story... But the woman in the office goes out of her way to make sure i am happy. I currently live here and though the neighbors themselves arent ideal, the front office staff is amazing!

Spooky looking,, no nice outdoor maintenance,, just dull and getto,, some trailers are nice but area is tacky and owner is un- caring: about landscaping

Im telling everyone do not waste your time renting and surely not buying in this run down trashy, disguising place. horrible landlords who dont fix anything in a timely manner. Roaches, huge security deposits, to live like your in a thrid world country. Its horrible I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Dont waste your time or money. Trash all over the place cats running rampant, no garbage cans, You want a hugh electric bill you come to the right place. Again dont waste your time. If I could give it no stars I would have.

If I could give it negative Stars I would... This is where that girl was bought and sold and killed for drugs... It doesnt look like theres anything good going on in here... Its super ghetto and very dangerous creepy and eerie ... the name fits!

They need to fix the speed bumps.They always have there dumpsters over filled. most of the mobile homes need alot of work or need to be condimmed.There is always people in the roads walking up and down all hours of the night...

Owners need to sale and destroy. Ppl can ruin places to live just by being nasty and stupid. And landlords always want money but dnt wanna fix a damn thing. Sleepy hollow need to be torn down. Looks more like a corner cubby....

A lil more can be done to fix it up

Its decent and affordable. Quiet and kid friendly

Worst problem is the curbside parking and occasional loud music. A lot of kids running around all the time, but thats expected in a trailer park. These other people dont know what they are talking about and probably have never even actually lived in the neighborhood.
