Whatever lady answered the phone at 7am on 09/21/2020, you need to work on your customer service. it’s not my fault you don’t have you hours posted and to answer the phone and respond with “at 7am no call back in two hours” when I asked a simple question and then just hangs up and your attitude was awful. Next time take some time and post the hours or just don’t answer the phone. I couldn’t even apologize for calling because you instantly hung up on me.

It is a fairly quiet place to live. People are mostly nice

Excellent community. Management keeps you in line but also bends over backwards to take care of you to the best of their ability. Really glad we stayed there.

My grandmother has lived in this community since the late 90s. I spent a lot of afternoons riding my bicycle around until the street lights came on and I had to go home! It really is a nice park these days.

Its a lot quieter than the hood but houses in the hood are more affordable.

Do not move here!! I have been here only a year and they have raised my rent twice!! The management here is good and they do a good job however the owner is greedy.

Most of the homes in Eastbrook are nice. But there are quite a few homes that need to be pulled out, in my opinion. There are very little disturbances in the community, from my experience. There is a new owner of the community, and they are promising a lot of changes in the near future.

Quiet. We live on the lake and sunsets are incredible. They keep park clean and take care of any maintenance problems quickly.
