Very old worn down trailers. Could be better taken care of. I was there moving somone and with that being said I wasnt impressed.

Love the location and how quit it is. Seems like a great place and the office manager is very helpful and friendly.

We know a couple that lives there and its very quiet and relaxing. Its a very decent mobile home park considering the types of mobile home parks we have in this area. The major thing to remember is I DO NOT recommend Wagner mobile home park. They are the worst of the worst. Their West side location has a snotty park manager, their roads are really horrible. You cant drive anywhere without hitting it pot holes or big pieces of the road thats broken off to create bigger pot holes. I can go on and on. This park seems fair, theyre cheerful, fair priced, and professional.
