This Trailer Park advertises Country Living At Its Best. But when you go to do something you would normally do in the country...like work on your vehicle, have a fire or celebrate The 4th of July. They come threaten you with fines and give you a list of rules they are trying to impose while selling country living.Just turn around and run. If you thought this would be a good place to live you were wrong. Maybe if you are old and decrepit and have no interest in doing stuff outside your trailer. This trailer park is located in the county you are not in Vanderburgh County though. They have a water utility company you go through that just recently started autopay and to manually pay your bill costs you an extra $5 no matter what.Dont buy anything from them because you might not receive the title.

Been there visiting a family friend helped another friend move in and out and n cleaned house n yard once a week for a girl who was working swing shift n only seen a neighbor twice n both of em waved smiled said hi

The people are friendly. The park is being upgraded from good to even better. Call for more info.

I lived by there and I didnt notice anything nice. Id love a new double wide but not in that location.

Fairly good place the kids there are kinda unruley at times but plenty of walking space and access to an amazing fishing spot

Ive lived here for 2 years and have grown attached to all the friendly people and the very nice and helpful manager

There are no words to explain how I feel about this place. They did me and my family wrong. So sad the way the management is. I feel sorry for the ones that are to scared to speak up. Or they just dont know yet. Im glad we left.

My buddies was checking a trailer out that needed substantial repairs and the didnt wanna tie up money in it, it cost to move it or to scrap it out and getting about nothing because you paid for the metal carriage, frame but you gotta pay to have the rest dump and cut up. So USSUALLY u come out losing 150.00. But this guy was giving it away. U put utilities in your name and start paying lot fee.

This place totally sucks!!! If you need something done dont ask management because it will not get done whatsoever. Everything around here is mickey -moused and the sooner I leave this place the better off Ill be. Oh, and dont count on the park manager, Scott, to be honest with you at all because he will give you a line of crap!!!

Fairly high end mobile home park. 99 percent of the homes are nice and well maintenanced but there are a few rotten eggs in the bunch.
