Was out of town for three weeks got a call my house is broken into come to find out Jerry that runs the place one in my house sold all of my stuff then change the locks on my house that we are buying through a finance company not through them and try to refuse to let me in my house had the cops called and then a neighbor cross the street that I have messages from telling me that she told him that he can go in my house and sell my stuff she sold my couch and everything and TVs stole the gun all of my mom‘s jewelry is gone what a great environment to live in I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Management harasses people who dont live there, sheriffs are always hanging around, been pulled over 3 times leaving there harassed and searched each time and theyve never found a thing and was a bogus reason for even stopping me. Once because there was too much dust on my license plates from a gravel Rd., Once for legal window tint, and once because the sheriff didnt see my seatbelt witch was on when he came to my window and immediately wanted to search my vehicle.

Extremely expensive trailer park. The rates keep going up even during the covid- 19 emergency.

Cons-Park needs road work. Pet owners arent responsible, allows dogs to run lose. Some property has over the limit/amount of people living in one house. Plus side, cheap place to live, most people keeps their property clean and our decent. Unfortunately a few bad apples ruin it for others. No sure why management puts up with it.

The court is ok but there is a very bad pothole when you drive in off Kratzville Rd. They could use some updating.

Average small community

Trailers are clean and new looking but the handyman is rather lazy .

New owners are trying to clean up the Mobile Home park by paving the streets and putting in a park for the kids

I was just there to invite people to a convention.
