The dragon lady running this mobile home park(A RED HEAD NAMED MONA)is seriously the MOST IGNORANT INDIVIDUAL i have ever met and let me tell YALL,,,,I NEVER THOUGHT THAT WAS EVEN POSSIBLE TO DO AGAIN!!! They actually COULD BE a decent place to live (visually) and the location is literally right in the heart of all retail and business!! but ladies and gentS, if you ARE LISTENING TO THIS, what so ever,AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS UNTIL THE DRAGON LADY(MONA) IS LONG GONE!!!!

Had my girlfriend inquire about a new mobile home that was there and the manager lady was terrible. My girlfriend (who is from Kentucky) was profiled and discriminated against. The lady kept telling her she was on drugs and a criminal (because she was from Kentucky) which is false information. She kept wanting to know all of our personal life like how a Kentucky girl could be with an Indiana boy, discriminated that she worked at Victoria Secret, etc. I would not encourage anyone to try to rent from these people.

The property manager is an awful and rude woman. Very unprofessional, wont allow you to get a word in edge wise and is down right hateful. Dont waste your time here people!

Terrible rude lady that runs it named Mona talks to you with no respect and thinks she can do whatever and tell whatever she wants. Spreads your personnel business or false business about you around to your neighbors. Just a complete rude and mean lady. Unless you want to fill like your living with your mom I wouldnt suggest this place to my worse enemy.

Turn around this is not where you wanna be. The property manager is useless. The streets are cracked uneven and your bound to mess your alignment up on the speedbumps. This place is just complete garbage when it comes to maintaining. The parking spaces are all mismatched with different concrete. My advice to you is just go the other way.

Maps need to quit asking because yall dont wanna hear my full opinion. Theyre rude, dont tell you anything, and its starting to look really trashy. The maintenance is beyond amateur. The speed bumps are killer. The rent keeps getting higher and higher. I can go on but will not.

Very rude lady in leasing office. Property owner and landlord is nice and wants the tenants to be happy, however maintenance doesnt get things done as timely as promised.

Most horrible place ever, these ppl are crooks and very prejudice people. Definitely, DEFINITELY wouldnt trust them. You can take my advice or not its up to you. However, they do what they can to keep your home in their park. For instance, I paid 6 months in advance and put what I thought would carry is in their so called water service they provide. I purchased my mobile home free and clear upon moving in. After 6 months had past I was way over due in my water bill bc they didnt listen to me when I told them the excess was to be put towards the water bill. I never received a water bill, she was able to evict over a part due water bill AND took our home from us that we had purchased for 12.5k just a year earlier. Theyre crooks and horrible, HORRIBLE people. We are a military family who suffered from a house fire prior to purchasing that mobile home. She has a clause in her contract called the innkeepers clause. If you in your mobile home and her her anything she can keep your entire home on her property until she releases it. The gentleman that was going to relocate our home told me she actually physically laid in front of another mobile home in the street bc they owed a 25.00 fee for whatever. He wouldnt waist his time coming out there bc he has had to many run ins with her. When anyone has tried to move their property shes done what she could to keep your home and get you out. All in all, theyre all crooks. If you buy from them just be prepared to stay there, if you pay your home off be prepared to lose it, and if you own your mobile home and are thinking about putting it in her property... Beware shell do what she can to keep it when youre ready to go. Im telling you part of my story, I heard other stories as well. Those werent good either. Its your choice though.
