I fell in love. I love that it has these little short trails that lead to the beach. Makes you feel like you’re going on an adventure and brings me back to walking through the woods up north although the trees are very different lol. I love that there’s bathrooms and parking. The beach is pretty clean and I hope to return soon as it’s just a beautiful area. When I went yesterday it was windy and chilly but sunny with clear skies so there were a lot of surfers enjoying the waves. A few people including myself sat on the beach watching them ride the waves.

Great little hidden gem in Delray Beach! This is the type of place that if you blink while driving by you’ll miss it! It doesn’t have a lot of parking but every time I’ve gone here it’s never been crowded. The beach is big and the water is warm, what more could you ask for? There are bathrooms (that were surprisingly clean) and a shower station to rinse off at before leaving. All in all, not a bad place to spend a day

Amazing beach. Calm water. Soft/small grain sand (can get hot so bring sandles) Can walk in the water up to your knees 30 feet in. Plethora of uncommon shells on the beach. Small waves. Great for kids. Showers available in handicap parking lot. Public parking is across main street. If you are coming with a full set up, I recommend dropping supplies off at beach head and then finding parking across street.

Good facility with bathrooms available. Has walking mats for handicap access. Mats are in need of clearing sand to make handicap walking easier but still doable.

I always go here especially when Cohen is the one renting out the chairs. I even bring my puppy though I don’t believe it’s allowed. They have an outstanding bathhouse complete with showers to allow you to rinse off the parking is across the street and it’s paper plate. As I mentioned earlier they are chair rentals and cabana rentals. I also like the huge boardwalk hut they built! It’s a great place to watch the sunrise in the morning.

Omg so beautiful ...and honestly i was afraid to go thinking it was going to be crowded,but surprisingly every one kept their distance the best everyone could and were respectful of each others space. Parking was still tough to find due to so many people visiting and doing other nearby activities. Once you find a spot beach access is easy to find and quite a few access points. The scenery is beautiful and calming.

For a pleasant and peaceful day at the beach, Atlantic Dunes Park is an ideal location. The quiet is only complimented by the waves breaking along the shore. The beach is maintained beautifully. There are lounges and umbrellas available to rent.Easy to reach clean restroom facilities and parking.

Our favorite spot to enter Delrays beautiful and extensive beach! Nature walk, showers and restroom area, beautiful large covered gazebo area, long wheelchair accessible entrance to the sand, tent and chair rentals. Parking isnt easy during busy hours, but its worth the 5-10 minute wait to get one!

Wonderful beach that has a convenient boardwalk leading to it. This beach has outdoors shower to wash off the sand, and bathrooms/changing rooms facilities. There is also a large wood pavilion with benches right off the beach in case you need to take a rest from the sun. Very green and picturesque place.

Such a lovely place to hang out and just relax. I love this beach. Not too crowded considering the time of the year. Parking was easier than I expected. The sand is kept pretty clean of garbage and theres plenty of space to choose your spot, open the chair or rent one, and lay back to enjoy the ocean. Definitely coming back

This beach is good, but not the best. I do like that its near downtown Delray and you can grab a meal or snacks.

I appreciate that the Seaweed was cleaned up to that the beach can be properly utilized. Bathrooms and shower also available. Never a problem parking. (For me)

Beautiful lil spot for you and yours on the beach. 16$ an hour for chair and umbrella rental is a rip off but I guess everything is monetized these days. Other than that its great. The seaweed is the only gripe, but what can ya do. Be grateful

Great beach. Umbrellas and chairs are $16/hr but he does $12/ if you get more than an Hr. Vehicle parking was $3.50 for 2hrs, and is limited, so it may be hard to find. The showers are not so great, the nozzle spreads the water so much that it feels like a mist and makes it hard to wash off.

Big Beautiful beach! So happy they rebuilt the boardwalk area. Great spot to photograph. Easy metered parking across the street. Pavilion area with seats to sit and hang out.

I have driven past this location so many times and never knew there was a nice beach (public). Not many people on this beach which is the way I like it. Great rock hunting and good amount of shells. Of course at low tide. Ill go back here again.

Parking was awful! Witnessed parking wars..not fun! They caused more traffic than anything but totally understand that everyone wants to go to the beach. Just plan ahead,wake up early before the crowd to avoid this.

Great beach and park. Very calm and relaxing place, far away from the nonsense of the busy everyday life. Its a great place to renew your energies and do yoga classes, that are held in Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 4pm during winter time, and Wednesdays and Sundays at 6pm during summer.

Lovely beach, good facilities, presently undergoing an update. When all the work is done -- it will be fabulous. I love the possibilities.

There is a cool nature walk area, just standing by the restroom area saw some really colourful birds. Parking directly across from the entrance. If you get there early you will have no trouble finding a spot. It is however a pay lot. The beach looked great but we were just checking it out.

A small and accurate park. You can have a short walk before the beach. The beach itself was clean with a lifeguard and restrooms. Lots of free parking.

Fantastic beach thats not filled with tourists. Just a couple miles down from downtown Delray Beach, Atlantic Dunes Park offers a nice semi secluded beach area with life guards, daily sand cleaning. And beautiful water. There are wash/changerooms as well as multiple wash stations near the handicap parking area. There is a paid parking lot right across the street that always has spots (usually even spots in the shade).

One of the best beaches in the area. Has shower facilities nestled behind trees. Paid meter parking areas available on opposite street across the park. The sand under the water graduates gently making it ideal for young kids.

Great area to take a break during exercising. The public bathrooms are modest and tidy. Beautiful foliage and footpaths are clear and free of debris. Ample paid (and moderately shaded)parking across the street.

By far one of the best beaches in Delray. Beautiful entrance with lots of trees, pavilions, showers and bathrooms. Parking is plentiful and just across the street from the park.The beach is always clean and has a few garbage cans throughout. Theres always lots of space available and you can also rent some beach chairs and shade..

Beautiful beach with nearby parking but beware. We parked and tried to pay for parking. None of the meters worked. Sign said that they were renovating the meter system and that we should download an App to pay online. Whoops! no phone. no warning ahead of time. So we left for the beach thinking that for today it was free. What a mistake. We got a $35 ticket. Do not think this is a fair way to deal with visitors. Therefore the 1 star. We plan to appeal the citation.

Its been a long time since Ive spent a day at the beach.Of course its always beautiful to be at the ocean on a glorious day. But I had a difficult time getting passed the mounds of seaweed that was on shore and in the water. And so few shells to pick! Unlike the 70s and 80s and early 90s when Florida beaches were still pristine. Global warming! Sad!

I prefer the beach in general along the stretch of road just South of Atlantic, but parking can be a pain there on weekends. However, THIS beach has parking area and its a really nice beach in a pretty location. Best beach in Palm Beach County? Probably Juno beach/Jupiter. No restaurants along the beach, but that keeps it natural. Parking is good, no rocks. Kiteboarders on windy days. Any day at the beach is a good day!

One of the nicest parks in the area, not overcrowded and the parking is easy.. come early!

Best local beach. Good swimming condition. Parking and amenities are nearby.
