Love this park always something fun going on and my family loves the holiday lights....

Bayliss has been in the same spot since 1853. Beautiful park. It really captures the small town gathering place. Several beautiful fountains have been this parks centerpiece for well over a century.

A great public park with water features. Fantastic place for outdoor weddings. Ive been to free movies and heard many different musical groups for free entertainment.

Recent improvements have drastically improved this park as the cities centerpiece in historic downtown.

Wonderful park in down town CB. Old Trees and a fantastic fountain. if you need photos for a special day- this is the place.

Large park for variety of activities. I mostly go for walking and metal detecting.

Lots of Christmas cheer for the lighting of the lights! Santa was there face painting and balloons live reindeer every year at the end of November! Also food trucks and little vintage overpriced stuff to buy! Bring your dog and the kids!

Calm little park with a eclectic gazebo and beautiful sculpture at the fountain. There is a farmers market there every Thursday during the summer.

Bayliss Park is a fantastic place to relax, socialize, have a bite to eat or spend time with your pets! Its also very well maintained & looks beautiful year round! Christmas is an all time favorite there are beautiful lights put up all around the park for all to enjoy!

Simple, sweet, & short. Lol. Lovely colors. In summer time, the public movies, the colored water falls, the trees, bushes, & flowers are beautiful. The one thing I dont like tho, is about the water fountains. Theyre NEVER working. And the trash people just throw anywhere they please. Suggestion; water fountains need fixed it replaced. Or atleast a vending machine with Drinks in it. And lastly, a fence around the park, so our little kids and pets wont get hit buy cars in case that type of thing happens.

It seems like a place that homeless and hipsters gather. I went to walk there with my daughter the other day and to look at the fountain. The fountain is really nice. But some of the other stuff was in disrepair and they just had random traffic cones around it. A lot of people were just sitting around on their phones, Im guessing playing Pokemon. Theres a cool monument to the fallen soldiers of Council Bluffs on the east side. Ive never been to an event at the park. But on any given day it seems like its not really a place to take a child. It is aesthetically pleasing though.

Beautiful city park located in the historic downtown of Council Bluffs, Iowa. They have a nice large water fountain that lights upon at night and during the day they have a small splash park for kids and families to play in.

A very nice park to take a few minutes and set down and relax and enjoy the fresh air. The park is always very clean and well kept. Also a very nice Water Fountain.

Ok but grbg all over sidewalks n no water all summer in fountain...

The festivals there throughout the summer are fun. There is a tiny sign posted on the east end of park that says its a code violation to go into the fountain, so visitors approaching the central fountain from the other three directions are unaware of the city code. Kids often try to climb into the water and climb up the steps. The city needs to post four signs in each direction to make honest, unsuspecting people aware.

It is just ok. Quite a few homeless hanging around though. Plus side is they didnt bother me.

I love this park but I took my grandson to play on the splash pad but it wasnt working. Over 95 degrees and no water...We found a different one close by and liked it even better!

Absolutely love this fountain. And they had little mini fountains on the side, where you push a button to turn on. Watched a toddler, about 18 months old walking into the little fountain, it was fun to see, how curiosity amazes a child. They have amazing statues as well.

Went to the Farmers Market last Thursday. Weather was perfect for it, it is a little early for the fruits and veggies but I cant wait until the park fills up with more vendors this summer! Im glad they changed the location to Bayliss Park, it was a much needed change to bring more attention to the park again.

Nice park in Council Bluffs. Farmers Market on Thursdays is great, and us culturally a great place to be in CB. Love the squirrel sculptures and fountain, and memorial. Very cool .

Not a bad place to go in a group of people to. All kinds of people hang out here. Groups are safer.

Went here to just sit and vent and it was nice, I have always liked this park. Even though the fountain wasnt running its still a nice peaceful park. And when the fountain is on and its night time the lights on there are so beautiful! People take pictures here and have weddings I have seen both. Ive seen people rake pictures for prom and home coming! Great park to just get some trash air!

They have a beautiful fountain in the middle of the part. Theres plenty of room for the kids to run and play. Theres plenty of seating to just sit back and enjoy the scenery. And the Wi-Fi is free when you connect through Blink. There are lots of events all summer long to keep you entertained.

Its quit most the time. I always go to the concerts and farmers market.

I was there about 4 years ago. I got a puppy from a family for $250 and every time my parents & I turned around he was attacking our 2 dogs over something very small.

Saw and listen to High Heels band. They where good. But the park needs more food vendors.

I love love this park. It is a fun and relaxing park. The fountains are serene and beautiful. I often brought my dog to walk and enjoy the variety of events that take place in the summer. In the winter the park puts up lights and picture boards you can put your face in for photo shoots. Free WI-fi is also availble.

Sometimes thi gs go a little to far. The fountain is a little extreme. But it is very well cared for.

A lot of people go there to play pokemon Go as there are 3 gyms and lot of stops. There are sometimes events here. During the summer people bring their kids to play in the water. No playground lots of space to run. There are outhouse bathrooms. Bring toilet paper as it rearly has any. Nice place to relax.

A quiet park located in South Western Iowa. It boasts events fun for the whole family throughout the summer with a beautiful centrally located fountain.

Bayliss Park was just wonderful last night. My wife and I were there to listen to the Southwest Iowa Community Band play a concert in the park. It had been several years since we had been there. I really enjoyed looking at the Veterans Memorial. The fountain is a beautiful place to visit.

This park in central downtown has a beautiful fountain in middle. No water on this early September evening. Plenty of benches. Trees are abundant. Not too mmay vagrants that I could discern. They have outdoor concerts in the summers.

Always a great park to hang out with friends family, kids and animals and if your a Pokemon go user there are 5 plus gyms/pokestops just in and around the park. Walking distance from Hy-Vee tanning and tire shop in case of extra activities or issues with a car.
