Lots of teens and older. The people skating were very relaxed and enjoying themselves at what they do well. Unfortunately this is close to the railroad track and under the overpass making it feel unsafe due to homeless wondering around. Maybe earlier in the day is a better experience?

Definitely needs cleaned and picked up! Inside of the shelter area where a lot of the homeless like to stay at night is where my aunt was having a birthday party for her 11 year old son and there was trash all over a suitcase full of kid clothes and medication just thrown all over in there and in one corner it looks like they were using it for a bathroom.

Great park with great people. Everyone is welcomed and one of the best atmospheres ever. Kid friendly.

Great skate park . Has a little bit of everything

It was fun. My oldest played on his bike as my younger kids played on the playground. Just sucked that the fountain to drink water was off.

Ok Skatepark. Not much over 4 quarters here. Lots of extra people that have no use being there besides causing trouble and giving the people that came there to skate or bike a bad name. If possible go to the parks in Omaha. Cops often give bikers a hard time about riding here but have no solutions of where they should ride - seems to be mixed messaging on what you can and cant do.

Well cared for skate park. Many skaters of all experience levels enjoy this park. And also a popular pokestop in the game Pokemon Go.

Kiddos always have a blast! Great exercise for dad too. The attached playgrounds is great for a break away from the skating/biking park, but not the fun! Complete with rock climbing wall!

Used to be awesome kind of run down by the homeless.

Very small an very hard to make a good run. Plus theres places where the concrete needs redone.

Sweet pokemon gamer place three gyms and one pokestop. Often ex-raid place. Stop at 15 and broadway headed north then right turn to church and skatepark on opposite corner of block.

Watching the guys that practice alot are really good. I wish I could do that stuff.

Ive been taking my kids here for 10 plus years. Best thing that CB has done for the not mainstream youth in this town. Theres the usual questionable people but overall a positive environment.

Its a neat place for kids to hang out and skateboard.

The new cheese burger on a quesadilla is probably one of the yummiest sandwiches Ive ever eatn!!!!!

Nice park. Mostly small obstacles. Easy parking. Some shady characters hanging around the areas outside of the park, so use caution.

There is not much people on the park so is nice.

It was fun but alot of kids with salty saylor mouths but they have a smooth pavement and pretty good jumps i rode down the bowl with my board

Nice little park, there were some homeless people hanging out, but they didnt bother anybody.

Its 50/50 there. Ive been there with my young child and never had a problem. Alot of homeless people like to sit at the seating area and dig in the trash there. It also has a playground on the same property.

Has set of stairs and low handrails, half bowl, box, pyramid, table top with rail down middle, and a snake run.

Questionable people coming from every direction to hang out in the pavilion or just to pass through.

A great place to skate or bring your kids

It is a nice park it has a covered picnic table area with 4 picnic tables a little playground area and then a nice skate board, biking,and skating area.

As a park, its great, often times the crowd can be a turn off. Due to the randomness of when the good times are, I would not recommend leaving young kids here alone. If possible go to Roberts skatepark or Seymour Smith skatepark in Omaha which is the same if not better park quality with a much better crowd (specially Seymour) overall!

The skate park should be when youngsters can go and be safe and have fun. Adults need to grow up act your age and find somewhere else to hang out.
