I reserved 3 lanes ahead of time for my birthday family and friends had a great time. Nice scenery, new looking, clean, everyone seemed satisfied with the food and the Bartender did good with drinks. The manager was very welcoming, involved, and informative throughout the night. I just wish for Friday/Saturday nights better music maybe a DJ like some other lanes have on prime nights. Other than that this is my new favorite lane in the area. I appreciate it.

Slow Service be willing to waitCalled ahead to book lanes for a Sunday Birthday party. Deposit was over $400 so we decided to chance the walk in because we werent positive of the final numbers. We arrived around 4 on a Sunday and the friendly front counter staff relayed the wait time and we went to the food seating to wait and order food. The tables were mostly clean aAnd plenty of tables were available. We chose one near the bar area. We started by ordering an appetizer sampling and some sodas.We felt like the 30 minute wait for lanes was reasonable and later we were able to have 2 lanes which fit our group of 9 much better.After checking on our appetizer order a few times and ordering a pizza, we finally received our app order after over an hour. The pizza took about the same anount of time and you can see from the photo it was a disappointing pie. Luke warm and not properly made.We decided to order more wings considering they were far better than the pizza and they told us they were so backed up that it would be over an hour. Although we appreciated this information and wished we would have known that for the first two orders, it was confusing. The lanes were full when we arrived but there werent tons of people. By the time we had two lanes, there were plenty of lanes open. They need to reconsider the amount of staff they have on weekends.The arcade area was fun and they most everything functioned well.Free water was provided at the bar but it was empty most of the time. With the wait for purchasing drinks, having water available would be ideal.The bathrooms were reasonably clean.The bowling was great. The scoring screens were fun and the music was great. The staff was friendly. We will likely visit again but eat out before we go.

Checked website and they said they were open. Went there and listed hours on door said theyre open. Went to open door, but it was locked. Theyre not open. As of writing of this review, Google says theyre open. Dont believe them. Theyre closed and by looks of it, shutdown.

Havent been to this place in at least 6 years but decided to hit the lanes with my family and we had a blast. Not sure when they remodeled it but the inside is very clean and the arcade area had new games and classics too. We ordered fries, shrimp, and cheese sticks and the family devoured it so I ended up ordering more food. Very glad we chose to come back to visit bc we really had a great time. Oh and shout out to the staff, they were awesome.

A little pricey. But the atmosphere & experience was superb. Very nice facility, nice vibes, and the staff was helpful, kind, and professional! Again the facility is very impressive for a bowling alley!

This has the potential to be an awesome lane, but its understaffed. Social distancing practices are good. Masks are mandatory. Unfortunately the music played in the alley does not match the demographic of its customers.

Its a well-kept, enjoyable bowling alley. I dont love bowling with the neon lights and loud music, and I like that they turn that stuff off during the slower parts of the day. The staff has been really good about keeping the place clean, especially with their special COVID-19 procedure. The clientele arent always great about keeping their masks over their noses, but I cant really fault the establishment itself for that.tl:dr - Its a nice, clean bowling alley. No complaints

Place is empty and they charge $8 per person per game. A game is less than 15min, so for an hour for 2 people its $50+ compared to anywhere which is far less for a lane reservation for an hour. Vibe here is not worth the money

This bowling alley is great. They have an arcade, an amazing menu full of food and adult beverages. The decor is awesome and just puts you in a happy mood. Lots of large screens with different things airing on each screen. Basically, there is something for everyone in the family here! Best bowling alley ive visited in my days.

Went around 10 pm on a Friday. Waited in line for about 10 minutes but for $14 to unlimited bowl it was worth it. Not too crowded and a nice atmosphere. Food was kind of pricey but thats expeced. Reminds me of top golf but bowling

Bowlero is a nice place and fun to bowl at. It is great for a party atmosphere and i was pleased with the price of beer. The only negative was the nachos i ordered were very small and of very low quality and they were very pricey. Other food like the pretzel bites were enjoyable.

The place was nice. People were nice. Arcade was great for a bowling alley. I didnt try the food. Our lanes broke at the beginning of our 2nd game. The manager comped us for the shoes but we still had to pay for a game we could play. Id probably go back and give it a second try. Next time Ill try to the food too.

Great place to come to get your bowling fix. Went on a Tuesday and they have amazing specials for bowling and food/drinks. The only thing is when they have league, it will run a little late. Also, they did not let us finish the last 2 frames at the end of the night. Most places will let you finish but they cut it off right at closing.

This is probably my favorite bowling ally. The food is always good, a little high but most bowling places are. The difference is the wide selection and it’s really good food! The loaded fries and sliders are my favorite.Fun for a date, family, or a little party. The games range so there is something for everyone. Just make sure you don’t go when the leagues play, I was waiting for 2 hours, but I was just playing in the arcade area. Again most bowling alleys have this issue so it’s not just this one place. I would personally call before I go if it’s a Friday night or Saturday. They have great deals too!

It was a nice family experience. The game was pretty cheap to begin with but the had a special so that was a win. The food was a little pricey. I found it odd that they dont sell pitchers of beverages but sell pitchers of beer at this family friendly place. For every individual cup they charged nearly 5 dollars for it to be a super small cup. The cup was unlimited though which is a big benefit because of the size. I have a two year old son and he was able to get a pair of shoes which is a rarity. ( I live through his attitude everytime he feels excluded) I love being able to take my family out and everyone be included in all the fun from the biggest/oldest to the smallest/youngest ones. Although I wish we had control of the bumpers. At first they were only set via the front desk for just the kids which was fine but then they got stuck. We all ended up with bumper through out the remainder of the game(Im sure it was a system error. No biggie. Im bad at bowling anyways.) The food was okay. Ive had better quality but we were at a bowling alley.

We went I new year day. Great time, clean facility. We played 2 games. Got charged for 8. Sent an email to corporate. Called corporate. Its been two weeks with no response. Called the location, spend 15 minutes on hold. Next step will be to go in and get my money back, because after this, I dont want to go back. So check your reciepts...

Bowling is expensive now unless you go after 8pm and get the deal and then plan to bowl multiple games. Otherwise you pay by the game and if there are only two of you...as with us...it goes quickly. Didnt try the food but menu looked pretty standard. They do serve alcohol.

Use to be a great bowling alley. Bowlero came in and put a prettier wrapper on it, but brought with it insane crowds and terrible food. You need a reservation to get a lane on the weekends now. I miss the old divey alley this used to be.

Nice bowling venue. The prices are a little high compared to other places I have been. The chicken tenders was good.

I used to love this place when it was Brunswick Zone. They had lanes that were taken care of and waxed multiple times a day. They had a pro shop where you could buy new shoes or ez slide if needed. Now its just a worse version of dave and busters

Love it here, the food is great, the drinks are made to perfection, the atmosphere is a vibe, and the music is pumping... we had an amazing time, definitely will keep coming back

The new renovation looks amazing!!! Kaleigh is the kindest staff member that works there. They also have great deals on Thursdays (college night). Overall great atmosphere, but the only thing is they stop serving alcohol at 9 on the dot. It would be better if they stopped serving at 9:30.

Great bowling alley with your disco lights, decent pizza, bumpers, dinosaurs themed ramps for the little ones to bowl, etc. Their arcade is up to date and had some good fun for kids. A bit pricey for the games but good times.

The renovations to this place looks great, they did an outstanding job upgrading. Love it! They have some pretty good deal too and the food here is good, youll have a lot of fun easy

The place looks really nice - the renovations really improved the atmosphere. Our problem was with the staff and lack of customer service. When we were bowling on a Sunday afternoon the lane broke Dian and we needed the pins to re-set. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come over and do so. And, they weren’t at all apologetic about the wait. We were bowling with a child with very little patience so this was very hard on us! It’s not cheap so you expect some common courtesy.

Its so-so, if you ask me or others who familiar with bowling alleys. I would say that there slightly higher or should I say overcharging in some areas. Personally I had a bad experience today and I didnt really enjoy my time there with my two children. Seating is limited when youre trying to bowl on a lane. Especially if your lane is directly next to someone. The skinny Caucasian guy who appeared to be the manager on this Sunday evening gets very frustrated when things doesnt go his way and can be a tad bit rude to customers. I spent $24 to bowl for one game for two children under 12 years. I think thats a little expensive for bowling alley. Check my pictures youll see what Im talking about.

Went here on a Saturday night with some coworkers. It was extremely busy. They do not do reservations so be sure to come early to grab you a lane. They have music playing for all ages, and TV screens across the lanes. The food/drinks are very good.

Like other reviews have stated the online reservation system is sloppy. We reserved a lane online, received a confirmation code, yet when we arrived they claimed they had nothing in their system. It took 15-20 minutes to get it resolved and the management refused to admit the system made a mistake, even when we mentioned the other reviews that said the same thing. Additionally, the food took forever to arrive and the lane broke twice. Honestly, not worth it for the price.

This bowling alley is pretty terrific, it is new and clean and the machines didnt have any issues while we were there.Now, service on the other hand is terrible.We showed up on a Saturday night and the desk said there would be an hour wait, which was expected. But what was not expected is that we would be staring at 1/3 of the lanes being unoccupied the entire hour we were waiting. At one point I asked the front desk where we were on the list and why the lanes were not being filled. The desk replied that the lanes were reserved online more than two days earlier and could not be filled. So, we watched as over 30 people waiting for lanes waited and stared at open lanes that at its peak got up to 16 of the 32 lanes unused. The two working the front desk were more interested in texting then doing their job, the shoes were stacked all over the counter not being put away, lanes were not closed out after people were done bowling, and the wait list was not moving.Now onto the bar, the bar is about 20 feet long but if you do not herd into the corner that the cash register you will NOT be served. And even if you do the bartender has no rhyme or reason what order she serves customers. I waited at the bar patiently while she helped a group of people, then another, then another. One woman noticed I was waiting there before her and told the bartender I was next and she said I will serve you over here. What is the point of a whole bar if the bartender will not move from the first 3 feet of it? The next time I went up I was waiting in line and she got to me, then when someone else walked up skipped me. The food was pretty good, especially for bowling alley food. It takes a long time, ours took 45 mins... I am not sure how busy they were so I cant say if that was excessive.Overall, I think someone put a lot of thought and effort into updating this bowling alley, and then when it came to hiring didnt give it a second thought, Friday and Saturday nights would be the big nights for a place like this and if this was their A team. I would hate to see the B team.

Our Lane kept having issues and we had to go look for someone each time to get it fixed.Food wise, we loved their Garlic fries!

Nice upgraded resteraunt quality food and cheap.we went on a Friday night it was not busy at all had no wait for a lane and they had a unlimited Bowl special that was very reasonable. I also have great arcade games air hockey basketball giant claw machine beer bong punching bag etc. The staff is not to friendly but not rude either

First time here today. Im very impressed at how nice this place is. Everything is nice and clean, their shoes are new, so youre not wearing something from 1980. On top of the lanes, they have massive big screens playing sports. Theres an arcade for kids and a full bar for adults. I didnt get to try their food this time, but it looked and smelled good from our neighbors selections. Lastly, they have automatic bumpers for kids, which raise and lower automatically. So, if youre bowling between two kids, itll lower the bumpers when its your turn. Forewarning, their sodas were $4! A little excessive to me for a soda price. Only reason I took off a star.

Staff was very friendly. The young lady running the front desk was super helpful and informative. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. The Bar staff was attentive and quick.My only complaint was the children next to us, they were walking into our lane and not paying attention but the bowling alley cant make parents parent .

Had a great company event at the Columbia bowling alley. They served good food and were pleasant to deal with. Will be planning another event there again!

The place was pretty fun and clean, but Im knocking off 2 stars because the server never once came over to our table, even though he looked me in the eye several times. It wasnt really that busy either. We had to go to the bar and the food window to order our own food and drinks because nobody wanted to take care of us. Otherwise, nice place - food is decent but pricey. The staff is friendly when you check in. The lanes seem well maintained. We had a good time.

Bartender she was nice and fun. Staff was nice. Food was a little bland. And we wish it stayed open past 11. Other than that we had a good time

Better bar than most AMF bowling alleys

Service is way better since the remodel but I would not recommend this house for a semi pro or league bowler. The lanes are dark hard to see your mark and watch the ball. Great for kids and family bowling tho just not to practice for leagues or bowl in a league.

The best New Years spot. My friends and I were able to get a lane last minute even tho it was crowded. Great costumer service and very accommodating to our party’s need. The manager Shan was very polite an friendly to approach. Shan and her staff came to use ; with a chance to be seated at a lane. This bowling place is great and I’ll recommend you guys to start the new years off or need a fun night here bowlero in Columbia . Changed their hours to shorter for the summer, and didn’t let us know before we paid. We’ve been here on Thursday for like the last three weeks straight. Why make them shorter for the summer and why not make sure the people impacted know that the hours changed and they’re only getting an hour. Bad business practice

Nice open space with lots of features for the bowling experience - for example it was convenient that we could set up the gutter blocks for kids and they would automatically be put up and down depending on whose turn it was. There is a place to get food and drinks and tables to eat at. The price is quite high in my opinion - thats the only thing that keeps me from going often.

Our new favorite bowling alley! It can be a little crowded but its definitely worth it. The cucumber melon cocktail was amazing.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We usually come earlier in the day and there is always a nice group of people around. There are bowling leagues for adults and children. Watching some of the kids was amazing. The coaches are very attentive and really are engaged with the sport. There is a small arcade center for those that are tired of bowling or not into it. They were doing construction on our last visit but it didnt interfere with the main center for bowling. Nice place to go and have fun

A great place to get some recreational or competative bowling in. Open times available for general bowling, as well as private function reservations for all of your celebration needs. Floors are newly remodeled hard wood leading up to the bowling decks. Large screen TV systems span the entire upper pin area. Family oriented design.

Great place. Its a nice mixture between a bowling alley and a miniature Dave and busters. Bartenders were welcoming and staff was very upbeat. Great place for a groups or even a fun filled date night.

THANK GOD my friends and I were able to enjoy ourselves because the service was bad. Someone called in for us to have three lanes reserved and payed for us for 7:30. When we got there, they claimed they didn’t have my friends name in their system for the reservation and we only had one lane. On top of that, the lane wasn’t even ready and it took them after asking a few times about it like 30 mins until we could start playing. They didn’t have any urgency or apologize for it taking so long. Towards the end of the night, since two lanes cleared up next to us, they said we can use those lanes but by that time my friends and i were tired and ready to go!! I love the renovations with the place but, they really need to work on their organization and customer service! Hopefully, I’ll have a better experience if i decide to go back!

They recently renovated and it looks amazing in there! We went for one of my friends birthdays and it was fantastic. The bowling system was great, staff was all attentive and pleasant, and the bar served GREAT drinks. All in all, we will most definitely be returning!!

Had a great time, great food, no drama, jus good clean fun,....I would go back and I would suggest that anybody go there is theyre looking to have a great time. It was ever fun with two people only me and my girl friends were and had a blast...(she won) be aware it is a wait time so jus go set up have some drinks and wait to be called

We waited longer to have our lane fixed 8 times than actually bowling. It amazes me how this bowling alley was just renovated and they can’t even keep their lanes up. I sat there for 2 and 1/2 hours and only played 2 games with 3 people. Horrible place do not recommend.

I visited for the first time to bowl a few games on a Saturday in preparation for a company event. The staff was very friendly, the shoes looked clean and new, and the balls were in good shape. They have a digital score keeping system that even allows you to select bumpers for specific bowlers. After getting to the lane, a server came by right away to get any orders.

My first time visiting this place with my family. I was impressed with the service and how nice the staff was. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Lanes were dry as hell but I adjusted properly. I didnt roll too bad tonight.

Worst experience ever.My nachos came back incorrectly.The “bar tender” Kim was entertaining a friend & making condescending jokes rather than giving me good customer service.Making jokes about age & calling me “baby”. Which I found disrespectful and inappropriate. Your Job is to make customers feel welcome and comfortable.Not to call a grown man that is showing you ID baby while making jokes with your friends.Not to mention, I ordered a bowl drink, and she gave me a cup.If you are going to give a customer something different than what he ordered because you have construction or any other issues, you need to say that upfront. Not explaining it after.It makes you look deceptive and untrue.I came there with a group of four people looking to have a great night but we left after one game.Bad food, bad service, and it was barely even any alcohol in the drink!This was a completely silly and stupid waste of time.

Fun place! This place gets really busy on the weekends especially Saturdays. If you dont have a reservation you will wait a while for a lane. Food is typical- burgers, pizza, wings and fries. They have a good selection of alcoholic drinks.

Very disappointed with this bowling alley. Just wanted to have fun with some friend but we sat and waited for our lane to be fixed longer than we actually bowled. We asked to have our lane fixed almost 10 times in the span of 2 hours and when we asked to move to a different lane the space was “limited” even though we could see lanes open. We decided shortly after we didn’t want to bowl anymore cause it was getting too frustrating so we then asked for our money back the manager was incapable. I’d personally the management was appalling at best. God awful bowling alley, absolutely do not recommend. If it was possible to leave zero stars I would.

Very busy on a Sunday, but they were willing to put us on a wait list and call us when we were allowed to bowl. The staff was very nice, but It is not very high-tech. Also there are distracting videos playing above the lanes for children.

My grandson had his birthday party here. It was great!! Everyone had a terrific good time.

Feels very overpriced. Party pricing isnt so bad if you can get half a dozen friends together.
