Its rare to find an arcade that has this much effort put into it. My wife and I are always on the lookout for a good place to drop some quarters, and I can say this particular arcade is the best one we have visited in the entire state of Missouri. Far better game selection than either Mid-Rivers or Independence Center! Its always clean, and most of the games are in good repair. On the off chance we have had a problem with a game, our money has been refunded by the attendant. Zero complaints about this place!

This arcade is great place to go to play arcade games. They have always have a nice atmosphere here and have great lighting. They recently added a way to use cards instead of tokens to play the games which is a nice addition so that the games dont constantly have to be refilled with tickets. They also have a nice variety of games for their size so that everyone can have a favorite arcade game. The only weaknesses are that they dont have anything amazing in the prize stand like electronics or branded prizes and the employees are not always there to help you. Overall this is a great arcade to go to in the Columbia Mall and would recommend this to anyone wanting to have fun.

You can get alot of tickets but they need a little bit more towards retro style arcade games for variety.

Fun with my kids (and for me) only one machine was out of order. Attendant was very friendly. Not crowded, very clean.

They have three different types of air hockey, pacman, wave, and regular. Each with there own advantages and disadvantages but all equally fun. Three lanes of Ski ball along with many others games.

Fun arcade with a nice variety of games

Most of the time the one staff member in the arcade doesnt know much at all about the machines and I find they are consistently down whenever I go. The most they will do is slap a Out of Order sign on it then go back to playing on their phone behind the desk counter and tell you to come back tomorrow. Also, several of the games (especially claw machines) have very steep payouts, meaning: if I win the jackpot once it is impossible to win it a second time in a row without a certain amount of Tokens being inserted. For example: I was playing the Claw Machine which I am fairly good at, this particular claw machine was one with tickets in it. I snagged the 500 tickets roll on my first try and was so excited I went to try it again. To my dismay, there seem to be some sort of increased pressure applied whenever the prize you grabbed reached the top of the machine. Basically you would get your prize fair and square, then when the claw machine finished retracting, it seemed to be extra forceful in doing so, and would drop the prize everytime.

Fun, but could use 3x more games. Its pretty empty.

Not many games to choose from, very dark inside and broke down machines but kids still have a ton of fun so we go!

Half of the games are usually out of order, but oh well. My boyfriend and I like to mess around with games and give our tickets/points to a random family in the arcade, as all of the prizes are usually directed to kids (which is fine and understandable of course).

We love coming here. With so many arcades going by the wayside its nice to see one that is sticking around. Hopefully they will continue to grow.

I love arcades, but this place was a huge disappointment. Way fewer games then you would expect for such a large space. None of the games really interested me. I can download and play most of the types of video games offered at this establishment for free. The games I was interested in were too expensive. $0.50 for a single game of skeeball did not seem worth it. Found the service to be poor as well. Their token machine takes debit cards, but your only choice is $20 worth of tokens. I enquired at the counter to see if they could run my card for a lesser amount, and they told me I had to use the machine. Or I could leave the store, get cash from an ATM, and come back. If youre willing to spend the $20 on tokens, you do get a couple dollars worth of extra tokens for free. However this incentive was not worth the cost. Next time I feel like playing games, Ill avoid The Arcade and instead go to Lazer Lanes.

Visit started with token machine that swiped credit card, but no tokens. Now I have to worry about fraudulent charges. Next I pay cash for tokens. Multiple machines out of order. Of the few working machines, Two machines run out of tickets, and One breaks down in the middle of play. Employee no help, supposedly their tech guy is a no show for the day. This place is a completely mismanaged mess.

Some games are out of order but overall a fun place for the family.

Games were not working, would take money but no credit basketball game only had two basketballs the other two were on top of the outside net and did did not give tickets. The motorcycle game tilted to the left all the time was unable to go straight. All in all very disappointed not even sure why this cesspool is even open. USE CAUTION

Not bad, expensive, and the workers cant even give you change. Either you use their automatic token dispensers, or youre bummin.
