Went for a family Birthday celebration a friend lost her phone obviously someone took it because she placed it on one of the games. Just a quick second and it was gone. This happened yesterday afternoon 10/13/20 when we asked the Manager if they could Check the cameras they told us No because supposedly the person who “IS” allowed to check cameras wasn’t there !? ?! OK but your the manager ? and he just went back into his office without even caring about our situation. This was the worst experience bad customer service. Definitely Bad. Manager he seems to be very Lazy and doesn’t care about anything that goes on there. This place has NO stars for me

My G-baby enjoyed her 1st birthday party

Besides not having napkins on the tables (u had to ask 4 them). We had a blast. It was busy but the workers were fast with service and pleasant.

We have been to several Chuck E Cheeses over the years and this is a great one. They have plenty of games for younger kids as well as older ones. And unlike several others the games actually give tickets. The staff have always been excellent and extremely calm! If anything they need a bigger building. We enjoyed the play area with tunnels and slides they use to have. Sign up online for great coupons!

I have loved taking my kids and now my grandkids to Chuck E Cheese! But they have gotten way too expensive. The games are ok but they are getting more and more expensive and the coupons dont really save you enough to even bother with. And the sub par food and drinks are way overpriced! We spent $30 on a personal pan pepperoni pizza and small fries with a 45 minute game card and I only had 1 child with me.

This is such a nice place. It is very clean, staff is always very nice. The rides and games are always working and the food is good. Its a great place to take children.

Visited during the holiday season and was so pleased with the wonderful customer service and welcoming atmosphere. We dealt directly with three different employees there for various reasons, and each one was courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond what was expected to take care of us. Great job!!

My first time here. Pizza was really good. Tickets amount to nothing although to be fair I don’t know what I thought we would get for them.Found out no beer available After she had charged us. Couldn’t refund us so they canceled the whole order and recharged us a second bill without beer. Said it will take 48 hrs to refund total. Sitting with twice the amount on our card waiting for refund. Girl at register was very nice though. Just bad business there.Bathroom was one of the most disgusting I have ever been in. Very busy, plenty of regular customers as well as 3 birthdays. Need to be aware of heavy usage and keep up on it. Dirty from over use, tiles falling off wall. Won’t return.

This Chuck E. Cheese has changed quite a bit since I was a child. Theres more variety of arcade games for adults but at the cost of the lack of games for kids. Overall still a great place for the family at reasonable prices. Food is decent.

Smaller Chuck E Cheese than where we usually go. My grandson enjoyed his visit. The pizza was the usual -- tasty but way overpriced. The soda machine was not set right as the soft drinks were flat.

I love Chuck E. Cheese I grew up going and I’m sad that they’re gonna close soon but I think the pizza is hella gud sooo yea I’m sad now

Very unprofessional with customer service. I even spoke with the manager on duty which was DAVE and expressed to him my concerns and all he cared about was should I cancel my order or not so he could let his cook know. Didnt say Im sorry maam I do understand where you are coming from and I would handle it. Im very disappointed and will not go there ever again.PS: During this pandemic is not the time to be rude to your customers...

Very nice. Big Birthday Fun. Pizza is really good. Wings a pleasant surprise. Game tech was very busy trying to keep up with games malfunction. Bathroom had no soap and needed air freshener.. ( attendant came and fixed soap)

This has always been an enjoyable yet affordable spot. The kids always love it. They updated the games and have unlimited cards by the time. They serve beer. Just dont get sucked into their combo scam lol.

I just felt dirty from the moment I parked untill I left. The parking lot was full of trash and liquor bottles. And then the inside looks like it hasnt been updated since the 90s. However, the games and little rides are all working, and it only costs $10 for 30min of unlimited play for one child. The child had a good time, and I guess that is what really matters.

Great out stop on way to beach to give kids a chance to run out their energy from being trapped in a car. Fun games. Pizza is good. Enough games that there is never a wait. The pay pass is great as you dont have to worry about tokens. Kids left a little sapped, happy, and ready to finish our drive out. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Needs a changing station in mens room is only minor complaint.

Hadnt visited in awhile and took my nephew there for his 4k graduation and It was a great experience. The pizza was actually really good, though the mozzarella sticks were not that great, and the food package prices were very affordable. The game pricing was decent as well and my nephew had a great time!

A must for parents with toddlers or young children! Very reasonably priced and LOTS of fun!!

Food is terrible and their wings are soggy with almost no flavor when you order buffalo. Their game selection is very slim and there is almost no prizes worth winning at reasonable price and the service is very slow.

We took our 3 year old there for his birthday. He had a good time and thats what mattered. A lot of the games were not working and it didnt have a feeling of cleanliness there and I understand that kids are playing there all day long...but it could have been a little cleaner. The drink machine and the straw dispenser was sticky and needed to be cleaned because when you pressed it, it stuck. We didnt eat there, but bought drinks. He had a good time.

I took my 2 daughters here on Saturday for a birthday party. It was very well put together and they have package deals for the whole party. The crew performed the Chuck E Cheese theme song for birthdays and the kids loved it! They have activities for children all ages. Even if its just riding a toy train, all the kids enjoyed themselves and what the atmosphere provided. I did as well. Were going back for my daughters 2nd birthday!

Kept the kids busy but many machines didnt work and the robotic animals were broken and terrifying. Chuckys eyes were stuck rolled into his head and his ear was on the floor. The lady at the prize counter was extremely friendly, the lady when we came in was not.

The kids got to play while I enjoyed the endless FRESH salad bar and an original pepperoni pizza!

My kids absolutely love Chuck E Cheese. On Wednesdays we can go for an hour of all you can play for like $12. The kids love running around and playing the games, collecting tickets. I think overall its overpriced (especially the food). Prizes shouldnt be so costly for tickets. Have to spend a lot to get a decent prize. This location is crazy busy on the weekends... but I try to go during the week when its less crowded. Have always had a good experience with the employees.

Bought the lunch buffet and well no staff and nothing worth eating on buffet. No deserts and only lettuce for salad. Two cold pizzas. They said they only had one cook. I suggested to not do buffet if only one cook. I would have liked a refund but none given. Big disappointment for Chuck E Cheese.

Attended my nieces birthday party here and had a blast! Surprisingly the pizza was actually really good. All the games were working and gave tickets for prizes. The only downside was it was super packed and loud. But it was the weekend and there were 2 other parties going on.

Actually seen waiters cleaning as we came in. The food was warm and done before a timely manner. Great place to take your kids. Other kids are just as friendly. No ticket stealing here folks! Overall experience was fun. Id go again. Weekends do get packed and on Tuesdays they offer special deals for children. Hope this helps!

I went to a friends birthday party on 2/23/2019 and I could not believe how disgusting it smelled. The whole place reeked of sewage. We all had the worst headache and it was too gross to eat. I felt like I was going to be sick so I took the children and left. They should shut down when things like that happen. One worker said it started last night. My friend said they didnt even let her know. They just operated business as normal. My friend was mortified!

Its a nice play for kids to let oit the spirits!! The only thing Im notot fully loving is the prices. If they would lower the prices I would edvise everyone to come!!!

We stop at this location almost every trip to Florida from New Hampshire. Its conveniently located near the highway and is typically not very crowded. Just beware that there are metal structures at thethe entrances to limit the height of vehicles entering. If you have a big truck or RV, enter from the gasgas station next door.

In truth my child had a fabulous time last month but when we came for a friends birthday party today 2/23/2019 the whole place reeked of sewage. It was disgusting but rather than doing an emergency reschedule they chose to open anyway. The issue started last night. The smell was not mild it was quite heavy. To the point that we got a headache. They should have notified people let them choose to still have the party today or reschedule for free. And offer discounts and extra play points. I was very surprised that they expected people to still eat and play in that stench!
