Food is not great but who really hangs out here for the food? The service was excellent and the atmosphere was exciting. We will go here again but probably eat somewhere else first. The games were awesome!

26 of my bike club members showed up on a hot Saturday. We were served by KB. D&B accommodated us without challenges. We received great attention and nothing was confusing or returned. We all enjoyed our meals. Thanks.

Lets start with the good: the mixed drinks were made to perfection, and the games are always fun. Now the ugghhh: The staff is very ratchet, i ordered the nachos and they literally brought them to me looking like it had been sitting for days and they reheated them. My suggestion is to only come for the games, period.

Our waitress was on top of our drink refills. When I made a special request, she made sure it could be done and got it to me as soon as it was ready. The steak was awesome. I got it without the regular marinade and spices. Sometimes less is more. That was a great steak. Also, the mashed potatoes were very flavorful. After a great dinner I played arcade style games and even got to spend some tokens in the store. All -n- all, I had a great night.

Waited 45 minutes for four younglings. Normally a solid chain, but this location is an absolute travesty. Ruined our evening. Cannot recommend strongly enough that you find somewhere else to enjoy your evening.

Walked in and were immediately greeted by staff. Everyone was wearing masks and was as clean as you could get for an arcade. Did not have a long wait at all on our first drinks and wished we knew the bartenders name. (He worked Saturday night) We asked if we could stand where we were because there was a social distance sign. Was told it was a speed bar, proved to be true. We played games, went back to the socially distanced bar and stood by a sign that said the same thing as the speed bar side and were told by the bar manager to move to the over crowded end of the “speed bar” when we asked why, we were rudely told by the bar manager “because Covid” and we were ushered to a much more crowded end of bar. Made no sense. As we made our way to stand in line the manager on duty clearly frustrated his bar staff and was really just in the way. The manager then moved down to the speed bar and attempted to show off his “skills” and flipped a liquor bottle and slung on guests. We waited 10 minutes and were never acknowledged. We decided to finish our games and leave. Overall we had a great time, but left on a bad note due to the poor bar manager. Bar staff was awesome, but definitely need a better manager!

Not what I expect at all. Just an arcade but really exciting for the young. Where are the vintage games? $40.00 won us enough tickets to get a packet of Fun dip.LoL

This was fun.Servers and staff all had masks on and were friendly and helpful.Games were being wiped down regularly, but bear in mind this is still a high touch location.Food was pretty good and I would say my expectations were met.Only improvements I would like to see is some better App development for the phone app, but otherwise this was a great place to spend some of the afternoon.

It is always good to go to places in other states that you have in your own community. Our family had the opportunity to eat dinner and play some games at the Dave & Busters in Columbia SC. We enjoyed ourselves but did not have enough time to enjoy the games due to the time we got there and then had to wait for our meal.When we return will stop in and have more time to enjoy all aspects of the venue.

This was my second time at Dave and Busters, it was an okay experience. I actually enjoyed playing all the games thats available. The only problem I had was my burger being made wrong, my server put the order in correctly, the kitchen staff messed it up! Not only that, but there was a hair on my bacon so of course it had to be remade causing me to wait on my food for approximately a hour!!!! My families order however was correct. Ill def give them another chance to redeem the last star.

The food was outstanding some of the best food I have had in a long time. The server was very helpful, pleasant, delightful and attentive. He made good suggestion and was very knowledgeable able the establishment.

The person at the front desk was short and did not listen to what I was asking...sent us to the kiosk for the arcade to which that employee was rude and didnt want to be bothered because he was on his cell phone.The employee in the redemption area made it up with her positive and amazing attitude!

Didnt go into Dave and busters,we parked our car there in the parking area,we went into the mall it was very nice, . the atmosphere was terrific, people were nice.i would definitely go back if given the opportunity.

Some eat and play combos would be nice. its so expensive. me and the kids packed a lunch so we could afford to play an adequate amount of time.

So nice to get out with my daughter and play! We actually had Great time! Played air hockey, guitar hero, shoot em ups, and a few other things. We really needed a break. I was so pleased we went & enjoyed ourselves.

No good communication between employees too let customers know things. Food was horrible it was cold and they took it upon themselves to bring me something totally different because they didnt want to cook what I was paying for I guess because they were about to close in 30 minutes. The waiter said something happened with the fryer and she didnt want me to wait shouldnt that be up to me. Second time and both experiences were horrible wont see me a third time. First time I went they charged my card $140 and my bill was only $48.87. This Dave and Busters have done me wrong one too many times. They wont get my family or my business again.

The servers were friendly but the food area was a mess! We ordered our food at the bar and it took an hour for it to arrive. The place was not overly busy. The server was kind and explained that there were some delays but that was after we asked repeatedly about our order. The tables were dirty which hindered families from sitting anywhere in the area we were in. The manger was trying his best to get them cleaned but I am assuming they were short hand today. The nachos, when they finally came, came out nothing like the picture. We were missing pretty much everything on the nachos. Just cheese and sprinkles of chicken. The Manager really tried to compensate us and gave us a free dessert which I am grateful for. I wont eat there again. The games and arcade area were fun and the kids had a good time so if I came back I would make sure to have already eaten ahead of time.

A great place for kids and adults. There’s something for every age. While the kids play, we sat and talked, watched a game on the big screens, ate, then we got up and played some games. Lots of fun

Today was my second time at this location and both times have been phenomenal. A wide selection of games and great staff.

They maintained social distancing and sanitized everything that was touched. Everytime I looked around the workers were sanitizing. I felt very safe there while doing my part as well to curb covid19

Probably a medium sized Dave & Busters but a fun establishment to hang out with friends or family to play some games or watch some games.

We stopped in for light early dinner and drinks. It was so much fun! The atmosphere was light and happy. The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious not to mention the drinks. We dined at the bar and met people visiting from Africa. Stimulating conversation ensued and before you know it we had been there two and a half hours. Definitely recommend. Reasonable menu prices too!

Went to the one in Jacksonville and had a blast but this one was fun. Food was great and the drinks were on point. I will be coming back to this very soon

Id give 5 stars for the games. There literally is something EVERYONE can enjoy. The food wasnt so great. Now I was part of a large work group that had a buffet dinner. Perhaps if we ordered from the menu and had our food fresh from the kitchen, it may have been better. Overall it was a pretty good experience. Id love to take my nephew. Hed love the Jurassic Park & superhero games.

Nice atmosphere happy hour drinks seem a little over priced at least the one I had. No happy drink in my opinion should be over 10 bucks. Drinks are half off and if the drink I purchased is a $20.00 drink than I guess Im the fool.

The Aloha Ginger Salmon was actually good, expect they ran out of the pineapple topping

This was our first visit to this location. Very clean, lots of games, we really liked the selection here. Nice prize section. And the dining areas were all very nice.

Wait staff was friendly. Good came. Put super quick and everything was good. They sell the new impossible vegan burger so I had that, my husband had the Philly cheese steak sliders, and my kids split the hot dog pretzel appetizers and the chips and dip. Lots of arcade games to choose from and they all seemed to work, which is great because other d&b Ive been to have many out of order machines. This is the nicest d&b weve been to. Will definitely come back!

We went on a Sunday and our waiter must’ve been having an off night. Orders came in all scattered and they kept forgetting to bring our drinks. Food was good though. The arcade part was fun. Most of the really fun games are not blue light so you can’t play them if your doing the wings and games 20$ special.

Somebody stole our card, but the people were very gracious and gave us a new one after looking at our receipt to verify we had paid.

Great way to have a beer and let your kids have fun (leave you alone) for as long as you keep their card full of passes.

I am usually the most patient one of my entire group, however the Dave and busters in Columbia tested my patience. When we first arrived it took us 30 min to get a beer order at the bar. Then after being seated one hour and thirty five min after arrival (they told me 1-2 hours So within time range). We received appetizers scattered and had to remind our waitress that we needed our appetizers who was scarce to find. Then only three of six received their food while the rest of us waited for 45 min (timed) then two more people got our food and finally our waitress made an appearance so we reminded her there was still one more person in our party to get their food, it still took another 35 min before they received our food. Then while the rest of my party was playing games they asked me to get another round of beers and close out our bar tab, I couldn’t even get any ones attention at 11:45 at night to get an order, much less close out a bar tab. I’m severely disappointed in the branch. We have visited multiple Dave and busters along the south east portion of the United States and I have never been disappointed like I was tonight. The bar tender tonight was young and kept telling everyone it was second night making excuses. Lucky for Dave and busters my husband will go late at night with his buddies, but I will never go back to this chain. And I forgot to mention earlier that our waitress said she was sending a manager by (unprompted by us) which consisted of a person sweeping by the table and saying “you guys need anything”. After the last person finally got their food. Won’t go back. Will continue to tell everyone this place is a waste of time.

Dave & Busters was amazing it was incredibly busy yet I still felt like I received individual customer service. The managerial staff make sure that myself and my friend were comfortable and were able to see the game that we came there to see.

I recently went to dave and busters with a groupon the groupon included two unlimited play power cards for 2,18 tokens per person and activation fee for power card included overall it was lots of fun unlimited play cards work on blue scan games only so nothing that gives tickets but this was fine since there was still 30 games to choose from (i will include all blue games in my pictures) however most games were shooters so if you are with a child and you do not let them play these type of games u will be limited to racing games and a few others with this package most games are 4 tokens and you lose alot so without unlimited play you will find yourself needing lots of tokens one of the games were in 3d with heart rate sensors and a puff of air everytime something happened making it realistic so this was nice now my gripes when I arrived i was told by the front host that groupons and coupons were not excepted on promotion days she was very nice so nothing to complain about there but it took 20 minutes before a manager came up my wife and i had to sit down from the waiting the groupon details staited that it could not be combined with any other offers which i was not doing because this was not a coupon so i do not understand why i was not allowed to use this on half price games Wednesday the unlimted play cards were already purchased i was just redeeming them its not like i was trying to use a coupon for lets say 20% off on top of already half price games i would not be paying for the games since it was unlimited play the manager would not except my groupon until i explained that my wife and i drove a hour away we also visited the bar for refreshments the service was horrible plenty of servers walked by and did not aknowledge us and the tables were littered with unbussed dishes if it was not for these few gripes i would of given 5 stars just be aware that on groupon it did not say it couldnt be used on promotion days it said could not be combined with any others offers which i wasnt doing so this was a little confusing and frankly ridiculous this review got taken down so im reposting

Epic! First time going and I was thoroughly impressed!! I had a blast along with my gf. 100% would recommend and will go again.

It was nice coming here with all the stuff going on.(covid) Its nice and clean and they make sure people are doing there part to slow the spread of covid. They even have disposable gloves in the back for people that are worried about touching the games.

The food service could be better for the price I paid 80 dollars and the food was cold.

Service was very slow they do not clear your table at all just left everything there all evening. Games were fun but a lot werent working. The food was decent but for the price was not worth it. Very disappointing.

We were told the wait time was 5-10 minutes. After 1 hour I asked what problem had us waiting so long the hostess told us our table had been ready. I was literally standing within 5 feet of the hostess standThis is the most miss managed establishment I have seen in years.

Its somewhere I have wanted to go, like forever.....but for a 6 years b-day...felt out of place...had nothing to do with the establishment, just dont think that would have been my choice for a childs birthday...it was out of my control.... would have enjoy it more with just adults!

Service is terrible and staff is unfriendly throughout the business. Food came out with half hot and half of it cold. Waited twenty five minutes before we got our Phillys and fries. Waitress didnt give us a receipt. She was very evasive. I didnt see mot one single employee smile while we were there over two hours. The gameroom is the best thing they have going for them and thats because it runs by itself. Staff is unfriendly, not helpful and all seemed to wish they were somewhere else. No friendliness found here. No service urgency here at all. Gameroom was the saving grace or I would of been outraged.

Had a wonderful time with my daughter. Food was great and customer service as well. The previous visit during lunch time on a week day that I brought my daughter we wanted to eat first and the girl at the front desk sat us but no wait staff ever came. I eventually had to go to the bar and ask a waitress there who rolled her eyes when I asked if I could get someone to our table. Eventually a young man came over and handled it. We were maybe one of three or four families eating so I was unhappy on that occasion. We choose to go during the week because that area is horrible to get in and out of during the weekend, and we drive from Augusta for our daddy daughter dates and attempted it once on a weekend.

Fun place...virtual reality was closed. That sucked but had fun!

Social distancing was well planned out.

We had an awesome time. The food was great. The kids loved the games. My baby even won the jackpot that day. I was truly excited about that! The only downside was when we arrived we sat ourselves, but that was not really a big deal when you have are having a laid back day.

The organization at the front reception desk here needs some overhaul. Waited in line for at least 5 minutes waiting for an employee to return to the register. Once the employees returned they one employee was working as quickly as she could while the other two seemed more interested in watching the football games on the big screens. One of the only pros is the one employee that was actually working hard was very friendly and helpful and she apologized for the wait. Overall, the wait was about 20 minutes just at the front reception with only 2 people ahead of me. The rest of the location was decent, not a very large game floor compared to others with multiple games out of order. I did not done at this location but the bartenders were another plus, quick and friendly service

Had a great time at a networking event. Games and two drinks included. The servers were hard working for a large crowd. The girl with pink hair, she was awesome. She went over and above the call of duty for the service industry. People like her are so valuable to any company or organization. Thank you!!!

Its just like every other D&B. It is well maintained, and seems to be run well. I changed this from four to five stars. Its not fair to dock them a star for not being original. Thats not their job. Like I said. I totally met my expectations for the chain, and ya the games are expensive, but it is still a really good time. Especially if the weather is bad and an indoor activity is what you need. Add to that, the store thanked me for my review like an hour after I posted it, even though I was snobby and didnt give them five stars. It is well managed even down to their online marketing footprint. Good job guys.

We came on one of the days it was all you can eat wings for 20 a person . It was fun but i think with how much we spent (we had a big group) and only was able to enjoy limited games. I just thought maybe you got more choices for how much we spent.Service and wings were awesome though!!

A good time for the whole family! The food is decent. But the games and atmosphere are amazing! I ordered nachos at 1st but the tortilla chips that they cook for the nachos are HEAVILY SALTED. They were so salty that I had to send them back. I ordered a burger instead and it was great. Management and staff was friendly and accommodating. Any issue, which wasnt many, I had was quickly taken care of.

Expensive food low quality fun games

This was the worst experience. Do not go here. Went went on a Friday night. Should have known it was bad when we saw the empty parking lot. Very few customers but still took a while to be seated. I was excited and hopeful. This was my first time at a Dave and Busters. Our waitress was friendly and took our drink order. My pina colada tasted like lemon. So I asked for a different drink which took about 20 minutes. When I received that drink it tasted worse. Then it took about an hour for our food to come. It was not busy. The chips were saturated with oil. Almost like they were double fried. We didnt play any of the games, just ate some and left. I wish I had a better experience.

My family and I loved the arcades

I came in on a Saturday when they just opened. Because i know how busy it gets in here, i wanted to order the food early. While my kids played, i sat at a booth waiting for service, no one came. I went to the bar to order my food. Bartender told me my food would be sent over to my table. An hour later, food came and was cold. I did notify a manager but ended up walking out in frustration. My last few times here, flagging down a waiter has been hard. The service must be better for me to consider coming back. Its too chaotic for me. Two stars only because my kids like the games but not eating really made my children upset.

The resturant decor is OUSTANDING. Multiple tvs and plenty of space to relax and enjoy your meal.As for the food....It was pretty good. It was hot...Ill give them that.Customer service....Our waitress bailed on us for no reason. So when I finally went to the bar to ask where she was, no one knew.So we ended up with a replacement waitresses who was very nice and polite.She also removed the drinks from our ticket for the inconvenience. Which was kinda nice.

I give 3 stars because...1 star because my kids enjoyed the games, 1 star for the cleanliness, 1 star for the ease of access for loading game card. The issue we had was with the quality of the food, and the speed at which the waitress was with our check & forgetting things we asked for. We asked for napkins, but had to get the manager to get them for us. We ordered drinks, but did not receive straws (just for our adult drinks). We waited 15 minutes on our check, but had to get the manager to find our waitress to get the check. The prices we paid for the food were expensive compared to the actual quality of the food.

Did the eat and play deals with power play. Had to wait for a table to be cleaned but no issue. Server was friendly and our order was recieved fairly quick. Food was good and the nacho was shared among 5 of us. All the games are updated, all the games worked and the facility was clean.

We had so much fun on our date night. We went a bit early to take advantage of happy hour, then we played games for about 2 hours! It can get pricey if you dont use any promos, but we had a ton of fun and budgeted accordingly.

Only one bar tender on Saturday evening when the place was packed with customers.

Its Dave & Busters what do you expect!! We had a great time at Dave and Busters. I enjoy playing the games just as much as my son does. They have a large variety of games both active and stationary. Plus the unlimited play pass is awesome. The restaurant service is kind of slow and this is on a Sunday evening when there wasnt a lot of people there. But we didnt really go for the food we just decided to get something since we were there anyway. Overall a great experience for the adults and kids.

Food is always on point. I don’t drink but loved that the changed some of the games. My son birthday was on Veterans Day & they gave him a drink with candy & a light in it and he loved it. He enjoyed the games food & took great memories with him.

Fun and exciting get-away for groups of adults. Kids are welcome as well, great food and great bar tending services. Prices can vary, however expect to spend a little to enjoy all of the services that Dave and Busters offer.

We had fun and the food was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Well be returning soon!

This place had very dirty female restrooms. A staff member came in as I was leaving I told her about the stalls being very dirty she went into one and used it anyway. They were slow but plenty of staff. They just talked to each other and didnt check the tables but every 20 minutes. Will not return.

My boyfriend and I were seated in the restaurant but a server never came to the table. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked the bartender if there was a server for the section I was seated in. I order my drinks through her and she so kindly brought our drinks to the table and also took our food order. There were several servers that were walking past and none of them attempted to see if we were being taken care of. Other than that we had a great time.

Like any arcade, its expensive.However, all the games work, the food is pretty good, and the staff is freindly and plentiful. Way better than a typical arcade.

My first time at Dave & Buster’s and probably my last time to go and eat there, the service was terrible. It took over an hour to be seated when they said it would be 15 minutes. Once we were seated the waiter said they were busy, so we order food that took about 45 minutes to come out. I ordered the ribs and sliders, my wife got a burger and to our surprise my ribs were frozen literally they were colder than my drink. My wife’s burger was cold and very dry. I tried to find my waiter he was nowhere to be found, after five minutes located manager all he said was would you like to warm them up for you, he then offers to discount my plate. I was ok with that he said he would take care of it, surprise I receive my check not only was it no reflecting discount they in fact added items that we never ordered. Once again our waiter was missing took about ten minutes to come and pick up the check, then he was shocked that we actually looked at it pointed out discrepancies. Finally was able to pay for my food after 20 minutes of them fixing our discrepancies that were pointed out. One of the worst restaurants to date that we have ever eaten at.
