We recently stayed at the Sheraton in downtown Columbia, and the next morning Soda City Market was setup right outside. They close off several blocks of downtown and have 150 vendors selling food, fresh produce and crafts. Definitely a cool way to spend Saturday morning. If you love food, you will love all or the different food trucks and vendors. You will have a hard time trying to decide what to try! We tried the Turkish donuts and Turkish coffee on this visit, both were great. If you are in the area and love street markets, be sure to check out Soda City.

Today was a bit chilly and windy. Everyone that was out and about seemed to be enjoying themselves, even the dogs! I was impressed with the number of vendors that were set up. Most people were either social distancing and/or wearing masks. There were also several hand sanitizer stations set around the area for the public to use.

Best place ever. So much fun! Great food, great vendors, great events! Soda City is an awesome organization that does more than put on an awesome market every single Saturday! The market, alone, is amazing though! If you don’t have anything to do, you can always count on the Soda City market to be in full swing every Saturday! Such a great community building event for Columbia!

Wow, just wow! The most awesome food!!! If you can be patient and wait in a few lines, man. . . eat your heart out! It will take you a few weeks, a few months even (if you arent a pig like me lol) to get through all the food truck/vendors but it is SO worth it!! There is a fresh fruit and vegetable market, which is really cool. There are also some regular vendors selling products. One we really liked was Wag More Collars The staff were friendly and amazing and the collars and bows were beyond beautiful! I also love that the Soda City Market is animal friendly! My pup gets to socialize with people of all ages and other pups. Its overall a great experience. One that makes for an enjoyable Saturday in Columbia.

Fantastic open market for everyone in Columbia. Great food trucks of all varieties from hispanic cuisine to BBQ to Baked goods they got it all. The candle table, Meeting and Market is faaaannnntastic. In addition Sprout Momma right next to them crushes it with fresh baked breads every weekend. The whole set up is a great thing for the city of Columbia and its citizens. Any one who rates this poorly is a miserable person whether they are at the market or not. Same type of people who hate dogs, and to be honest why do those people even exist.
