Went for a walk with my siblings and dog. Within the first 10 minutes we saw 4 bucks, including one that walked right in front of us. Overall we saw 12 deer on our 30 minute walk. The trail is beautiful and well maintained, and you can see lots of waterfowl in the man made wetlands.

This is a trail on Columbia, that stretches almost 9 miles and connects to the Katy trail at McBaine. Love this trail because it almost makes you forget you are in a small city and its never too crowded.

Beautiful but as in most Columbia park and rec. Outside places, too overgrown, not safe to go alone. Foliage and trees needs to be trimmed wide as to see across lakes and wildlife areas, to see everyone around u! Stopped going 3 years ago bc a man came out of the woods abruptly behind us and slowly followed me and the kids, was really scary and not safe for us!!!!!! Stephens park is way to overgrown too! Its not safe for moms with kids, to many homeless in the bushes watching everyone and u dont see them till u r right in front of them! NOT COOL!

This is a great walking spot. You can do both loops in 40 minutes or so. However, right now it is a wet, muddy mess in many places. Wear your rubber boots!

I love this place! Its simply amazing and beautiful during the spring, summer, and fall months... I really like the walking trails. Because no bikes are aloud on them. So you dont have to worry about getting run over. My doggie loves the trails when he was young.... so many smells and other doggies.

Good place to get outside and walk. There arent any spectacular views, but its a pleasant walk and connects up with the MKT Trail. This trail and the MKT Trail are typically fairly populated on weekends or warm evenings. There is a public restroom and drinking fountains available in the parking lot.

Peaceful trail and friendly walkers, bikers not allowed. Well maintained. Dog park nearby is being loved to death. City probably could use more. People with dogs have been throwing filled bags near trail. They should either take the bags to the trash can or not bag at all, not very responsible but discarded bags near the trail are unsightly. Some bags will eventually decompose but it takes months or more.
