The prices with the military discounts are great! The concession prices suck. They more than make up for the discounts. It was my first time there and will go back but, I definitely will NOT get any concessions. The theater is dated but, they served alcohol which, was a big surprise for me.

Had a great time from the ticket booth to the snack bar not mention the lazy boys in the Theater ( o yeah there heated)definitely worth checking out with a friend,or loved one. Also it’s reasonably priced

Decent place to see a movie but to many previews, movie started almost 45 minutes later. They do offer a military discount.

Hit or miss sometimes. With the actual theater being nice, you hear the speaker levels peaking and its damaging the sound system. Also the service is hit or miss. Sometimes you get an employee who seems happy to help, other times you get one who would rather not be helping you at all.

This is a nice theater on Forest Drive, close to places to eat before or after the movie. Tickets are cheaper here than at other theaters, at 5.97. The seats do not recline, but are comfortable nonetheless. Three staff was friendly and service was quick. We saw Bohemian Rhapsody. If you like Queen, it is nostalgic.

Showing its age, matinee popcorn will be cold, the drink machine is out of lemonade, the napkins are really just tissue paper & they play commercials until 10 minutes after the time movie is supposed to start. The prices are good

Decent seating but the place always looks a bit run down and in need of a good cleaning. Absolutely hate the all in one drink machines because they never seem to be cleaned and no matter what drink you choose it tastes like you added cherry and/or vanilla.

Amazing theater hidden in the back behind Golden Corral. Tickets can be purchased inside if you want to get concession as well. Tickets purchased online? You will still have to get in line to have them printed, box or concession. Recommend getting there at least 10 minutes early for the new, popular movies. Lines can become chaotic and theaters fill up quick. Crew and management are amazing and work to the best they can but cant control everything. Also, pick up your garbage and dont eat popcorn like you are in Fortnite. Some people leave messes behind that make me question what their house may look like.

I normally bring my 4 children and my 3 nieces here all the time for family time but since it has changed to AMC it has rapidly gone downhill. 1)The smell inside the theater is almost unbearable it smells so bad 2)The price increase is ridiculous and I would expect a nicer theatre at this cost we would have saved money going to Sandhills theatre which is way nicer 3) Very unorganized staff 4) We will not be returning time to look for a new theatre.

Recently, My wife, Grandson, and I went to a matinee. As we walked in we noticed a person who was talking loudly on her phone, using profanity which highly offended us, not to mention, we had our 8 yr old grandson. We confronted this woman about her language and were told to mind our own F****** business. It was obvious to us that this girl was only inside to beat the heat outside. If this is the type of people that AMC Classic 10 is going to allow inside, people who insult their paying customers then maybe we should all consider another theater

Ill prepared for Avengers Endgame. Showing is at 11. They didnt open the doors until 10:45, have no one at the ticket counters, and cant verify online tickets without going to concession. They arent notifying people of what is going on so the line is ridiculous.

Well, we came to see The Grinch, but something broke in the universe. The staff was friendly and offered options on reimbursement.Also, the idea of having to buy your tickets and snacks at the same time might be a good idea for SOME business models. But what about the person who cant eat snacks, must they wait in the same line to purchase tickets? What about the person already IN a theater, must they go to the back of the line of people who are waiting to buy tickets and snacks? Or was this just a holiday/short on staff strategy?

Just came here to see a movie that starts at 9 but the theater is closed...?? I have never had this problem before.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The establishment was SO filthy. I can’t even describe how disgusted I was, even from the minute I walked in. I decided to give it a chance since I bought tickets. We walked into the theater room and it was just as nasty as the lobby. The seats were dirty and unclean and most were broken. For as much as movie tickets are here ($12 adult) I would expect it to be nice and clean as other theaters are. I know the theater management cannot control their customers but I was not able to enjoy my movie because people were getting up, hollering, kids were screaming (take your child out please) and it overall was the worst movie experience I’ve ever had. Update the theater and keep it clean!!!!

Went to go see a movie that was supposed to start at 330. The parking lot was empty that should have been a red flag. No one was at the booth and after waiting 30 min a young lady came to the booth and said that she was the only one there because no one showed up to work!!!! She was going to have to run the ticket booth, concession stand and movies by her self and wouldnt be open until 4. Dont know what kind of establishment they are running but to have only one person show up to work is crazy. Left wont be back .

Nice, quiet theater. Away from the loud teenagers at Sandhills....I came in on Dec 21, 2017 and the theater is a MESS...The front lobby is equally dirty...Smh. I might consider going to Regal from now on...Too bad its not possible to leave 0 stars.

Please if you arent going to man the ticket window, get 1 person on a register for guest who only want tickets. No fun waiting behind a dozen people inline and having to wait on all of them to figure out what they want to purchase.

Good deals for members but did not feel like my membership was valued.A lot of staff at counter but facilities (lobby, hallways, and worst of all bathrooms) need desperate attention. This is my second only negative review but this theatre was a real let down.

This place was filthy. We went for the very first movie showing of the day on a Wednesday and none of this place hadd been clean from the day before. Trash cans are overflowing, popcorn and trash on the ground everywhere, the theater we were in still had empty cups from the night before. Again popcorn on the ground in front of all the seats. Doors are sticky. Place smells more like a gymnasium instead of a theater, reeks of either sweat or mildew. Highly recommend avoiding this place in my family and I will not be back ever again harbison is not that far. We LOVED IT when it was Wynnsong

The movie was good but they never dimmed the lights in the theater so the experience was subpar!!

The theatre wasn’t clean AT ALL when we came in, there was pop corn all over the floor and it was very sticky. a woman in front of us almost fell because her heel was stuck to the floor and her foot came out of it.

This theater felt very old. It looks clean but doesnt feel clean. The seats are the old style of seats that do not recline. The fabric felt old and dirty, ind of like it needed a good cleaning but is so old that in no time it would feel the same way again. It didnt stink, no bad odors. The employees were attentive and good at their jobs. The screen quality was ok the sound quality was very outdated. In my opinion its time to either uodate this location or turn it into a $1 theater.

The only reason I came here was because Harbison wasnt playing Brightburn. Compared to most AMC theaters this one extremely outdated. The only saving grace tonight was the extra polite staff and the fact that the floors were CLEAN. They still have those folding auditorium seats like back in high school. Popcorn was cold and stale and there was some cheese on the seats in the back. Not my worst experience but I will only be coming back to this theater if the one on Harbison isnt playing the movie I want to see. The staff (ticket booth/concessions) professional and polite. Also I didnt really care for the fact that even if you purchase your ticket online you STILL have to go to concessions or the ticket booth to get your ticket. Whats the point? Please update your theater. Its in a great location but its still outdated.

What I liked was the staff and security

Extremely expensive! The temperature in the environment wasnt regulated properly. It seemed like a ghost town when I visited. That is the kind of feeling that I received.

The movie was great but the atmosphere and the lines were horrible. There was a long line outside for tickets on a Saturday night with just one window open. We decided to go ahead and buy tickets online since the line was moving so slow. There was some issue on the inside of the theater and some people who bought tickets online were told they needed to get in the line outside to get a confirmation code. We finally were able to get someone to scan the online purchased tickets. The refreshment line was so long it wasnt even worth trying to get anything. The bathrooms were nasty. There was urine all on the toilet seats and liquid all over the floors. I absolutely will not be coming back. We usually go to Regal in Sandhill or Columbiana. We only went here due to the time of the movie... lesson learned.

The theater is good BUT do not come with cash. I wanted to pay with cash an had to wait 15min for the manager to come and give the cashier some bills. My movie already started and the manager lady wasn’t friendly at all. The cashier apologized, but my movie was already playing. Poor management. This happened twice by the way (problem paying in cash).

Nice movie theater. Never too busy. If you have the AMC app you can get 5 dollar movie tickets on Tuesday’s so that’s the main reason I go to this theater.

Reasonable prices. Theatres are always cold to freezing. Bathrooms need major attention!! If you really want to see a movie and not break the bank, this is the place, but bring a coat and blanket!

Listen, tickets were $6.71 with a student discount and $5 on Tuesdays. Mostly empty unless you are watching a movie opening weekend. Perfect place.

Hot dog buns were tpugh. But not a bad overall experience.

I bought tickets online but instead of checking into a kiosk and going to our movie we had to wait in the purchasing tickets line just to get our tickets printed out. This was very time consuming. Just FYI if you’re thinking about buying tickets to save time you won’t and completely defeats the purpose of online tickets.

We love the smaller crowds and the great service. Its worth the drive! Also the bucket program is a fantastic deal!

AMC SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE ITS NAME ON THIS DUMP! Who still gives out paper tickets only? The theater room had an awful smell, and the restrooms were just plain ol dirty and nasty for a slow night! AMC please implode this dump and start all over again!

The movie I saw (Aquaman) was very good with no interruptions.

The movie theater is a little dated ...it does not have recliner seats but it was clean. The movie was great but it was very cold. You almost need a blanket..Be prepared

They are in the midst of changing chains and have work to do before I can truly judge. At this moment its more of a do it yourself theater with staff that still need training and a consistent cleaning crew. The wrong movie title was shown above each theater and with no one to take your tickets you were left to guess if the screen at the entrance was right or the one above the door to your particular theater. Several folks got up grumbling as soon as our movie started because of this problem.Our theater stunk like a dirty diaper smell and it had popcorn still on the seats when we sat down.The seats themselves are comfortable and the movie and sound all worked well.We will give this another go in a few months to see if they have resolved the rest change over hiccups.

Chairs are uncomfortable & need updated desperately. Theater was obviously not cleaned between shows. Bathroom (ladies) was dreadful, all while 3-4 staff stand 20 feet away on their phones. Wheres management? Two stars: one for $5 movie Tuesdays, one for selling beer. God knows you need one to tolerate the mess.

Very friendly concession stand clerk. Told me how I could save money by joining Stubs. The other employees were also friendly. The theater - where we sat down to watch the movie- could have been a little cleaner but overall it was satisfactory. The restrooms were clean.

Ordered my tickets on AMC app which made things so much easier,because the day before tickets were sold out after waiting in line. Everything was fine except that while my sons were in line for concessions, they went up to order and the lady left and never came back. So they had to get back in line, probably because I wasnt there to make it right? Other then that it was ok.

Bought tickets for a 1 pm showing. It is 12:42 and the doors are not even open yet. Manager admitted that he overslept, which is why he is late arriving. This is reprehensible for a weekend in which the worlds largest grossing movie is playing.

This theater is one of two theaters near my home. I prefer this theater in that AMC offer a variety of of movies verses the other theatre. This particular evening was good except the lobby was untidy including the area where patrons self serve the butter on popcorn. The staff was polite and promptly served our food in a timely manner.

This place smells bad. It was too hot. There was no one selling tickets at the box office. That is ok because there was no one taking tickets to get to the theaters. You have to stand in a long concessions line to get a printed ticket. They need a complete overhaul of this place.
