Got to enjoy one last movie before they closed their doors. Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. Classic. I’m more of a fan of the AMC theatre, but I had a gift card for Regal to spend. I enjoyed having the theatre room all to myself, a strange phenomenon- indeed. Hope to see you all back up and running sooner than later. Cheers!

Felt very safe... Enjoyed the movie.. seemed like the volume was a bit loud.. but, we were just happy to be at the movies again ..

Is there a customer service number to this theater? I tried the number listed and get an automated message, tried pressing 8+3+1 (to be transfer to this location) with no answers, phone rings for like a minute and then just hangs up.The additional convenience fee is ridiculous, its the price of two tickets. Please make going to the movie fun again. Thanks

Trying to figure out why youll give a student discount and not military discount. Why on Earth would you offer one and not the other, especially when the military price is listed right in your face. Maybe you should have an extra sign that says EXCEPT ON WEEK DAYS BUT ALL THE TIME IF YOURE A STUDENT. Havent been to a movie in a while but I know where I wont go next time.

This is a tale of 2 extremes. The theatre itself was wonderful- the seats very comfortable and adjustable! The sound wasnt too loud, which has been a problem lately in other theatres.Now, as far as the concession stand- avoid it or plan well in advance. We waited 40 minutes in line for our popcorn and drink, missing the first 15 minutes of the movie. Never mind the previews. There was no sense of any type of urgency, and several times the cashier just walked off to the back. Ive never seen people just so visibly not into their jobs. No apologies and no friendliness at all. No response to asking to speak to someone. I will not come back here. There are plenty of theatres with comfy seats and better customer service.

Comfort like never before. Every single seat is a hecking recliner!!! And, the walls are nice and thick, so when theres a quiet scene in your movie, you DONT hear the theater rooms next to you. Good popcorn and all, but as custom to theaters, its pretty pricey. Very great assortment of movies, and comfort levels unimaginable.

My fiance and I went to see Hobbs & Shaw movie... This was our first time at this theater and it was great. The seats are so damn comfortable. They have reclining seating and lots of room. Very clean atmosphere. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We enjoy the movies here and purchasing tickets in advance. However, we arrive 30-40 minutes early every time because it takes that long or longer to get popcorn or drinks. The person that’s takes the order also prepares the food. Please hire more to help streamline this service because many people are missing the beginning of movies or people will start going to other theaters. Thank you

Its no NCG.But the theater experience was a good one. Expensive, wish there was an option to apply military discount online.Seats were comfortable, however there was so much food/trash between the cushions on mine.Good volume control, concessions similar to options elsewhere.Overall a good experience, may very well return.

Seating was great theater was not crowded

Everything was good except the popcorn. You had to put your own butter on it and it was super plain if you didnt or got past the first layer. Good seats, picture, and sound. Oh and prices of food and drinks are worse than an airport! Beer was $10 for a bottle.

Great seating, plenty of good movies and show times to choose from! The line can get a little long at peak times with only 1 ticket person working, so plan ahead if its a popular time!

The seats were very comfortable. I had to wait 10 minutes plus each time to get a refill on my popcorn and drink but to be fair there was a school field trip at the time. It was very busy and I didnt see much teamwork behind the counter.. it was everyone for them selves. I also think the candy in front is not a good idea because I did see someone steal something.

Clean theatre throughout. Friendly staff and courteous. Comfortable seating and big screen with great sound and picture. Lots to choose from at concession stand. Lots of movies to choose from too. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Great job folks.

Love this Regal, the concession service is a little lax, but management is excellent and everyone always makes you feel welcome. Seating is very comfy and the theaters are well kept and clean.

The stadium seating and 3d environment was great. The volume was perfect. The chairs were very comfortable. The concession prices were steep.

They have nice seats that recline, but that leaves the number of seats per theater very small. With that said, the place is CRAZY busy on Saturday nights, and their concession stand employees are WAY too slow. They sell alcohol but dont know the selection or list it on the overhead menu. That makes them even slower.

Went to see the lion king the movie was great. The Regal was very clean and my kids enjoyed popcorn and candy. The only thing was some of the employees were not very polite and did not have good customer skills. But overall we had a great time at the movie. Thanks.

Seats are comfortable, establishment is clean. Ridiculous wait at snack bar, over 20 minutes in line. Double booked my seats which were taken by the time I was finally able to get in the theater.

Got the $20/month = unlimited movies at Regal Theatres, and LOVE it! If a movie has too much bad language, nudity or needless violence - I can walk out without regretting wasting a ticket! Also makes it much easier to go preview an HR or so of a movie to be sure appropriate for my client! Theatre is always very clean, great recliner seats, temp kept stable - and customer service a big help no matter how ridiculously lacking my technology skills are, lol!

Tried to buy a water and they said registers were down. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life. Need to get some good staff and management in here.......

NiceClean bathrooms in Theater -Hobbs & Shaw movie was the bestHate reservation idea. We didnt reserve any seats after our late dinner.Thank GOD my family of 4 was able to sit together in row E. Perfect spot to see the movie.Dont like reclining chairs. Im sure ALL theater with these reclining chairs dont clean the cups holders or clean the chairs with the food stains on it.

Always a great atmosphere here. We went to see lion king and was a super good remake of the original. As far as service it was great. We picked our own seats online and they are numbered very well. Concessions needs alittle help as three movies were starting at one time so a rush for snacks and drinks were of a high priority. Great place to relax and enjoy your date or just go to catch the next upcoming cinema.

Made reservations for the seats online wich made the process easy and convenient. We arrived 20 minutes early and the lines to buy popcorn and sodas were long and slow. We waited in line about 30 minutes just to have concessions.

SLOW COUNTER SERVICE!. Why have limited counter staff at the busiest movies days of the year? I dont understand this concept. We waited almost 25 minutes in line just to be served.

Used the kiosk to buy tickets because no ticket booth closed, tickets didnt print and had to wait for manager to get our tickets. Kiosk was out of paper..... sorry inexcusable.... that should have been monitored to ensure doesnt happen. Purchased 2 beers, not very cold. Clerk said refrigerator never very cold. If you charging over $9 for a beer you fridge should be exceptionally cold at that price. Wont be back.

We came for a movie a week ago, it was a full theater and they had double booked the seats. We had two elderly people with us so we went ahead and just asked the theater for a refund which they kindly did and provided an extra movie as a token of gratitude. As we returned again a week later, once again the seats were double booked! Luckily it was a week night so there were plenty of extra seats. However this theater must have a serious problem with their computer system as they have now double booked our seats twice in a row!

The theater was nice. However, would be even better if there were HEATED SEATS. Period.

Its nicer place than the other large theaters. The only thing, they need to do better at keeping the trash empty in each theater.

Absolutely love the recliners and its so much less hassle than stadium seating. You can also get almost anything you want or need some here. They have alcohol, entrees, appetizers, desserts, candy, ect...

Beer, wine popcorn and leather reclining seats. What more can you ask for. Amazing movie theater.

My visit was great tonight. I accidentally bought tickets to the wrong theatre and i didn’t expect a refund or a free movie or anything and the manager Emily at customer service helped us out so much! She switched our tickets to this theatre and also gave me my regal points. That’s awesome customer service! Great job

The theaters are by far the best in town. Its a great experience to watch a movie. Unfortunately, everything else is not so great. Takes 30 minutes in line to get a drink, and the restrooms were built to service a third of the people who actually attend the movies. This could be so much better with just a little bit of effort and staffing.

Comfortable seats. Different size theater rooms that match the type of movie being played. Affordable pricing for great experiences and variety. I go with my lady about once every two or so weeks.

Great relaxing place to watch a movie. Sad thing was 1/2 the restrooms were closed and almost made us miss the beginning of the movie.

I love how the Regal app assists you in buying your ticket and you just walk in no line to stand in! We saw 3d Lion King and it was awesome especially the reclining seats. ADA seating are in the middle of the theater.

We got our tickets quickly w/ no wait. We had to wait in a long line for our concessions, but the staff worked extremely hard to make sure that everyone was served in a timely manner. The reclining seats are wonderful . Highly recommend that you visit and take in a movie or two.

I enjoy going mid day for matinee. Hardly any people. No lines. Great seats. The seats are so spacious and I love that they recline. The theaters ate always clean. Of course the food prices should be illegal. I wish I could afford to get their food and enjoy the experience more but I dont want to take out a loan to ho to a movie.

I feel sheltered now but I had no idea about the recliners in theaters. Very nice. Havent been to a movie in several years but this place is very nice. Like being at home. Nice handicap seating too.

Theaters are nice, but they only have Pepsi products. So yeah!

I want to love this theater and anytime Ive been, I have loved it. They offer very comfortable seats, a variety of food, and beer. What more could someone ask for?However, my two biggest complaints are the prices of tickets/concessions and most importantly, their lack of new releases. For whatever reason, this theater just never seems to be playing all new movies like most other theaters around the area. Ive found myself looking elsewhere after checking out their Website only to find the movie I want to see is not available here.

The seats are good quality but thats about it. Bathrooms are always a mess, food and drinks are way overpriced and usually if you reserve a seat, somebody is in it, trying to sneak in a free movie.

Matt the manager and Desmond at concession were beyond helpful that pass 2 times I have came with my family. Matt is so AMAZING that this Regal theater will ALWAYS get my money!!! Matt combined all of my regal accounts when all previous times I was told I had to call in....he helped me figure out how to use my points and all!

I didnt give it 5 stars because, the cashier/employee seemed like he didnt want to be there and never greeted me in anyway. Its not a big deal to me but, may be for others. Also, what really lowered the score is how the movie was about 10-20 minutes past the original time the movie or previews were supposed to start. In all its a really nice place, clean (most important) and the theatre is very spacious/roomy.

Stood in concession line for almost 30 minutes because the cashier kept going back and forth between two registers only to find out they were sold out of the Star Wars collectible! A sign would have saved me a lot of time.

Lines for concessions stand took a while but the theater was nice and the seat were comfy recliners.

The seats are huge and well kept. I went with a group of 20 and was able to order in advance prior to going so everyone got in.

I want to start by saying the theaters themselves are awesome - very comfortable, assigned seats are rocking recliners with tons of space.Nonetheless, we are going to stop coming here. We have come twice this week and the first time they were out of most candy and some drinks. The second time (4 days later) they were out of almost ALL candy and ALL drinks except water and fruit punch. We were charged $5.77 for a cup of water despite the fact that this was the only beverage they had to offer.There was no warning of this shortage - we stood in line for 20 minutes waiting on the cashier to find the last pack of Twizzlers on Earth for the man ahead of us (to no avail) and then we were told that they were out of virtually everything edible and all things drinkable despite the fact that they were all STILL DISPLAYED ON THER ELECTRONIC MENU.The teenage staff, most likely under duress due to this horrible inventory mismanagement, was super rude and had to launch a search expedition every time someone asked for candy.You would think that management would be a little accommodating about bringing in drinks or candy from outside seeing as they had none to offer, but apparently they were confident we wouldn’t leave when we found out we could either pay for the water or be thirsty because, of course, by then we already bought our tickets.Worst.Theatre.Ever.The dollar theatre manages their business better than this!!

Theater 10. Chair was very comfortable and sturdy. The image was average and the sound was also average. There were visible vertical paint streaks on the screen. The movie audio from the theater to the right bled through during several quiet scenes. Overall it was a very good experience and I would come back for another film.

The reclining seats are big and comfortable. There is enough room to freely walk by when someone is reclined and they not have to move for you to get by. Only complaint is the food. Should taste way better for the amount of money they charge. So Ill just stick to popcorn and a drink from now on. 4 s for the reclining seats.

Staff was friendly and theater was clean. Variety of expensive menu options and films. Thats the end of what this theater has going for it.First off, they didnt let me use my cup. We brought our own movie theater plastic cup and didnt want a throwaway garbage cup (thin plastic or paper) that Regal has at the concessions. It was a standard size and should have been able to fill up. We were willing to pay whatever price to put the drink in our reusable cup. I even would have bought a thick plastic reusable cup if they had the option. But alas, the staff said no. So no cherry Coca-Cola for us to enjoy our 3 From Hell Premiere. Guess well stick to drinking out of the fountain like animals.Second, we ordered our seats online. We went through the fathom third party site, was redirected to the Regal site, and specifically chose our seats. We wanted to be towards the center, but slightly up. So we would have been on the upper level. So we were surprised when we got into the theater and had a low front seat not even close to the center like we planned. DO NOT TRUST WEBSITE SEATING!! Looks like they have updated the theater, now they have less numbers but more of the comfy reclining seats. I like the seats, but we are upset we werent sitting where we originally bought tickets for.Regal/Fathom people: please update auditorium maps so customers can accurately choose seats.Also please invest in more durable refillable cups at Regal Cinemas. Name your initial price and then charge us once per film viewing. Loyal customers will appreciate cups that dont fall apart and refillable, reusable cups will play to more eco-friendly Gen-Z consumer trends. If this reusable cup is available, PLEASE inform your staff. They mentioned no other alternative when we asked about getting a Coke.
