They be playing with the rent. Honestly I think theyre slum lords. We cut off nearly everything one month and the electric bill was higher than the month before when everything was on blast! I kid you not. Nice people very poor management.

Nice neighborhood of mobile homes, clean area safety standards for children and elderly people, friendly community & nice updated homes also easy street access on city bus lines .
