Erich, The Maintenance man is outstanding..anytime something went wrong, he is there!...I am very pleased here..things have settled down and i see me living here forever!

I wouldnt waste your time or money into Parma Estates. The management is horrible. They hound you to get into the property & move u in. Then you find out all the stuff that is wrong with the unit. Try to call them and then they refuse to answer your phone calls, when you leave a message the never respond back to you. I was there a month & moved out due to the negligence of important things that were unsuitable for living. Worst place ever! Wouldnt even give them a one star!! No maintenance, Eric needs help, he is the only one that tries to do it all! Tasha never got back to me until I told her I was moving out, then finally addressed an issue. That was the 1st & last month there!

I must admit that when Ideal Mobile Home Park was purchased by the new owners, Parma Estates, I was not enthusiastic about it, and at times let my displeasure adversely affect my opinion and comments about the new park owners. However, coming up on nearly two years under the new management, I have come to believe that it is actually for the best of all these senior residents, myself included, who were not happy about losing the 55+ requisite of the park for new residents. I must also admit, not all older folks can afford the beautiful new doublewide homes that have been settled throughout the park and I understand and accept this change. I have not always agreed with the administrative person in the office; however, she always tried to be helpful and was never discourtesy, albeit sometimes silent. Also, the new maintenance person is also a hardworking, courtesy young man. They work hard for the park and I am sorry for not giving them more credit in the past. In any event, I have to say that all the improvements that the new owners have made in the park, demolishing 20+ older homes that were a real detriment/hazard, and the new streets, and not forgetting the landscaping, adding to and taking away overgrown trees, shrubs and weeds. I am glad that I have decided to stay and enjoy the new park, Parma Estates. I am happy and proud to live here, even though it took me a little while to come to that conclusion, I did, and anyone who comes here, hopefully they will as well. It is really taking shape and what Parma Estates owners have done is appreciated, at least by this writer. Thank you, Parma Estates!

Great place to live

Drove through today with my wife, thought the property looked clean. Overall not to bad. Really liked the condition of the roads.

New management took over 1/19 raised lot rent as soon as legal. Office manager will not correct problems, no rules no leases, no on line payment system. Office manager when you take her a concern she says Im not a baby sitter. The so called maintenance person doesnt keep up the property. Many homes that are a health concern, should be condemned torn down. look elsewhere . Use to be a well managed place but no more buyer beware.
