We love living here. Chasity is wonderful at her job. She always go above and beyond for her residents. Never had any issue with anything. Great people, great maintenance people.

Luis is Manager I really do appreciate the management team they have/are improving our wonderful place here . They are constantly cleaning and fixing things in our homes. if I need something change of filters, light bulbs, etc, his team is here to fix it. As well as looking out for our Safety here . I feel very secure here. Luis has implemented an after school program for the children living here. Also, there is a play ground for the children here . I really do Appreciate them. I love living here, it is quite here. It is close to grocery, shopping, and Churches, and other community activities. It is convenient to the interstate and county roads. The management team is friendly and easy to talk too. Thank you for caring Luis and Team.

Management is outstanding and has made my moving experience less of a hassle. They are considerate and easy going. Very passionate about their goals for the community and Im ecstatic to be a part of their growth.

If I could give no stars I would. Never fixed any issues but tried to raise rent to the price of the trailers that previous tenants had moved out of and and been gutted and re done. The trailer itself was trash when the purchased it. We were hoping for better management but they switched to a new extremely rude manager on top of it. And after the hell we endured while living there that was just icing on the cake.they talk big but in actuality they are based out of ga and own properties all over the southeast but dont know that they are not being mantained and infested with cockroaches

Great atmosphere the manager Luis does a excellent job and so does maintenance they get her quick and fix everything issue great works guys!!!!family friendly keep it up!!!!
