I wouldnt even give this Senior Mobile Home park one star. It used to be one of the nicest parks however under new ownership with the third owed on the 22 years I have lived here the park has went so far down hill that they r having great difficulty keeping the long time tenants, they have lost so many that the last owner had to file bankruptcy. They chased the old timers out and tho its 55 and over brought young families with kids in which is against the rules governed by the state. You r lucky to get any returned calls, they do nothing to clean up the park tho they raise the rent 30pecent yearly. Being 55 and over the seniors can not get discounts they should be eligable for. Its my thoughts the park wont make it. Their lack of concern for the all over problems no one will move in and lots moving out. There is much more and I would seriously consider moving in. They r a rip off and have no intention on caring of the seniors in the park. I am currently working with the state as they have many violations.
