Absolutely love College Town Mobile Estates

Its a safe, quiet, Cat friendly, Nice inside and outside, place to live .

Have friends that live here, seems very quiet & family oriented while still being convenient to town, the interstate or the college.

Need furniture but worried it wont stink of dogs? No problem. Check the entrance every weekend. Free furniture with wet dog scent already added.

Trailers are not so great but can be made home. Quiet circle and animal friendly

Not a pleasant place to live. Maintenance sucks, trailers are falling apart and there are so many rules that you cant even have friends over to cook out without written permission from your landlord with exact dates and times allowed.

Run down but cheap I suppose. Needs a landscaper and maintenance

Lived here for a year, had a broken stove that the Maintenance man (Jerome) was suppose to fix, never did it, assaulted me, made me get rid of my pets after I paid a pet deposit on both, and on top of it, the man is a druggie. Do not rent from here. They will harass you over things like throwing football in the road.

Easy to find and trailers are clearly marked.

Cheap rent not kept up very well

Accidentally turned down the street containing these mobile “homes.” A real eyesore; the street is basically just a man-made pathway through piles of rubbish.
