This is hands down the worst place to live. The company raises the rent yet does nothing to better the park. It is a 55 and over park advertise it as such yet sell to anyone who can pay rent. The elders are intimidated and taken advantage of. Its my opinion they should be chged for the way they treat them. All you get are lies and broken promises. This co has no concern and dont care. It shames me the way they do people.

Great place to live

When the original owners were running the park it was a much nicer place. Now it has changed hands a couple of times its not as nice as it once was.

Nice people live here. Quiet park.
