Passing through on a road trip and came across this park. It was the best place for my kids to run and stretch their legs. They especially loved the giant climbing ropes structure and the merry go round. You know its a hit when they asked to go back the next day. Wish we had a park this cool close to our house.

The kids love this park. A really big slide for the daring and lots of swings. Only downside is that the trees around the actual playground are really young and dont provide any shade yet. There are bigger trees in the surrounding grassy area, but its brutal in the summer pushing kids on the swing.

The Park was clean, inviting, shady, and Punic friendly with the two pergolas! Across the street on 100 East the gutters were full of trash, as well as the sidewalk and yellow weeds. I noticed the property was for sale! Owner should take better pride, and clean it up!

Beautiful park to visit on a mid-summers day. The grass was very well maintained and the large trees provided lots of shade. Restrooms were open and clean. Big pavilion and a playground for children.

Although there is a ramp, it goes straight into grass. That doesnt make it easily accessible for those in wheelchairs. Other than that, its a good place to bring your kids, family, friends, etc.

Our little boy loves to play on the playground, or go to the library nextdoor. And you shouldnt miss the 4th and 24th of july festivities, plus the renaissance faire is great around july as well depends on the year when its held.

This was a terrific park to spend some time relaxing! A great view of mountains to the east and gorgeous southern Utah weather, along with some delish! food from a little drive-thru restaurant on the north end of the park. There is also a very well stocked and clean public library right next to the park. I highly recommend getting off I-15 for a couple hours and head straight for Cedar Citys Main Street Park, pick up a tasty burger or fish & fries at Hermies and drink in the calm beauty of this park. You will feel renewed!

We live in Las Vegas, but one of my sons really wanted to check out Utah, and both of them wanted to play in snow. So, I drove them to Cedar City and happened upon this park. We played for about an hour -- swings, slides, built a tiny snowman, and snowball fight. Was fun!

Its a gorgeous park. The playground is fairly new. There is plenty of open space and trees, two gazebos, and two separate playground areas for children of different ages. Sometimes there are events here including a renaissance fair in the summer. The summer weather tends to be near perfect in Cedar City, so its worth a visit.

Main Street park is one of the funnest parks in Cedar City. The playground equipment there is well maintained. It has a lot to do for all ages of children. Its also very convenient that there are covered picnic areas as well as the library next door. Theres also plenty of places to park and there are sidewalks with benches that goes around the playground area so parents can sit and watch their kids.

We went to the park for an event, so we saw it at its best, with a water-balloon corral organized for the kids, and demo booths set up in the grassy area between that corral and Main Street. There are shady picnic areas and BBQ grills provided, and the city library is adjacent to the park. It looks like a great place for family summer fun.
