Nice park with decent size lots

We have lived in Casa Loma for over 14 years now. Offering a culturally and generationally diverse community. It is a very well cared for deed restricted community. The greatest part of Casa Loma is unlike many mobile home communities you own not just the home but the land also.

Deed restricted, you own your land,no lot rent. But not a 55 and over park. Should be, its the only thing holding it back to be a 5 star.

Love it here lived here 2 years and the ppl are nice. Just good luck getting anyone in the office to pick up the phone or call you back.

Great place to live! Very nice and clean neighborhood.

I lived here for about 8 years and I have to say its gone a bit down hill since I lived there. More transients then I remember. The place is still kept up well but there doesnt seem to be a sense of community anymore. There where always problems with this place. They have never liked having kids around and would harras people who had them. I dont believe its still that way though. The people are very watchful so crime tends to be very rare all in all not a bad place to live just not to many things to do without a bit of driving.

My aunt lives in Casa Loma, beautiful park very nice management and the maintenance man really helped my aunt out with a plumbing problem when her kitchen sink pipe started to flood the home, Thank you

I started living here in June.I think if your willing to pay the fees for the pool etc..No matter what street you live on i think you should be able to do that regardless your inside the park the first or the last street..

Its well manicured and im just getting to know my neighnors n so far so good. I rent but the inside is huge n i love the lake since im handicapped ...beautiful view n i wanna get out n try bingo nite. Oh yea no age discrimination n its still so peaceful .... LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!

This park only is worried about little stupid things instead of making it safe.There are 2 sex offenders and one rapist that live inside this park.But your office door says background checks.

My grandma lives here. As soon as you come into the park there is a sign to lock your doors.

I dont believe you can own your own property here I think you have to pay lot rent which can be very expensive otherwise its nice cozy little place to live
