Absolutely beautiful park! Playground and picnic areas, lots of open space, and spectacular views. One of my favorites in Boulder. If youre lucky, you might even be able to watch the hang gliders from the park as they come down near Sanitas.

Beautiful open space with large playground, children’s mtb course, outdoor fitness equipment, full service picnic shelter and bathrooms, baseball diamonds, soccer and ultimate frisbee fields and best of all groomed Nordic skiing tracks. On bike lane and close to trail heads within walking distance. If you must auto parking lot/staging ground. Conveniently located in my front yard!

Beautiful breathtaking view! I love how the park is kept. Was clean, no litter. Thank you for taking care of the park. One thing though, I would love to see Berry trees for the birds and acorn trees for the squirrels. This is suggestion: I would love it if parks had an education center to teach people and children on the different trees; how they originated and how to take care of them. Also teaching why its wrong to litter how important it is to keep the park clean and tidy.Teach them about the free animals in the park. The nature of the squirrels their purpose, how they originated, how they came to live at the park, how they live and how they enjoy life at the park, and how they add beauty and curiosity to the park. Teach about the different birds aka their names, how they originated, how they came to the park, their nature at the park, their behaviors, their purpose and how they live. For appreciation of these wonderful and unique birds teach how they are therapeutic with their chirping and such. The lessons is to show how they are a life and innocent and how we should show appreciation and will teach them to have respect for nature and its beautiful inhabitants. Also a craft supply room will be nice; with books on craft we could do with the fallen leaves and twigs we see around. Just feel that will encourage everyone to clean up the fallen leaves and do something creative with them. Craft to make bird houses and birdbath. I feel thats SO important. I feel will teach the children to respect nature and help take care of them.

Great park with huge green space, very clean and well cared for. Large covered pavilion with picnic tables and grills, have seen a lot of people taking advantage of the space with birthday parties. Bathrooms are very clean (women’s at least) but only have one stall despite not having a lock on the door. There are two sinks with soap and hand dryers though and plenty of space for more than one person outside of the stall. Nice playground area and there’s an outdoor exercise area with some equipment as well.Park is open 5am-11pm and has a small parking lot but there are ample on street parking spaces and you can park in them after hours if needed. This is a great place to bring your dog or kids or just hang out under a shade tree on a blanket and read. There’s no free wifi here like in Central Park and Boulder Reservoir, I’m new to Boulder and was trying to figure out which parks had wifi so I’ll add that. It’s in a very quiet, safe neighborhood, backed up against the Flat Irons and is accessible to Pearl Street and just a few blocks off Broadway. Great park, my personal favorite here in Boulder so far.

Relaxing and throughly enjoyable. Hard to tell the stoned locals from the stoned homeless, baggage seems the only difference. Not as many tweekers, theyve migrated down by the creek with their caravan of shopping carts teeming with stolen goods they accept in trade once the truly twacked run out of currency. They should drug test the creek. Hard to believe law enforcement doesnt find six shopping carts stuffed with brand new kitchen appliances, vacuums and and an accordian a bit suspicious.
