Quiet and clean. Manager is up front and honest about the rules. Not easy to get into, theres a waiting list. Not many amenities but enough for me. Friendly residents.

Very clean and quiet

Attempted to call to find out about availability. Person that answered the phone did not respond when I was trying to talk, as if the connection was off or something. But I could still hear her talking to someone else. I hung up and called back again. Owner still answered the phone, but instead was complaining to someone else about me calling back. Stating If they dont leave a message, Im not calling them back. Thats why I keep sending it voicemail. Instead of silencing the phone call, she kept answering the call and complaining about the fact that I was calling.So, I called back one more time, hoping to get sent to voicemail so that I could leave a message. She answered and immediately cut me off telling me Im in public and that is why I was silencing you when you called three times. Im not in the office today, so I will not take any information and you need to call back some other day. When I confronted her about the fact that she was in fact NOT silencing the call and instead answering it and that I was able to hear her complaining about a potential customer calling, she got even more rude and acted like it was my fault.It is very poor management that thinks it is appropriate to speak to someone that way, especially if you utilize your personal cell phone for business purposes.

Lovey little park and welcoming atmosphere

First off, Paul is no longer here. New manager is awesome, kind, friendly, helpful & more. Older park with great view of the Superstition Mountains & price is affordable & reasonable. Its a 55+ park with a few younger families grandfathered in but they are not a problem. Friendly people, outdoor pool, club house for all, public grill...we love it here.

I lived here. It was horible. Old people drama. Lifestyles with nothing better than to get into yours. Paul the landlord is like a detention officer. Not friendly at all. Not open to discussion. The only reason they have a pool is to raise maintice costs, and for looks. Nobody is allowed to swim in it. Im happy I moved away. I paid $5000.00 for my post HUD mobile home. The park owner would not let me move it when when I wanted to move away, because of details in the long contract, and only paid me $300.00 for the MVD title.

Absolutely terrible. The manager runs the park like Hitler. when I left in spring of 2015 it took 7 weeks to get my deposit back. He kept lying to me that they had to put a tracer on it. I told him he was a liar because I had called the post office and they told me its impossible to tracka regular letter.... unless its registered, priority. or cerified. I thought it was a glitch..and went back... well, my bad. its happening again..the regional mngrs Jeff and Lynn you literally cant contact to complain.My personal opinion is I would catagorically not rent here.PS. the manager Paul Yates, this is my experience, truly is one if those people when his lips move he is lying.....Once again these remarks are with my personal opinion. I do know others that have experienced him lying on many ocassion...

Worst park in Apache Junction! Rent is cheep but Management is cheeper

I walked out on my carport this morning and there was a three foot or longer snake. I had my phone on me and called Paul, the Mgr of park for assistance. He informed me he was not willing to help me nor would he call anyone for me. I asked him if I should call Animal Control, he said sure but they probably wont help. So left to myself, I dialed 911.
