I lived here for over ten years. The park has changed hands once in all that time. Its quiet and fairly crime free despite being in a bad neighborhood. The current landlord has never given us any issues. The entire park was forced to clean up their own yards up to code after a fire brought issues to light. I raised my kids in this park and they kept out of trouble. There are issues like in any park setting but we were grateful to call it home. When we finally bought our own home, they didnt give us any issues with our moving out. I appreciate the good people here.

I am a cab driver. Had a call to pick someone up in the park right next to them. Was driving around trying to find my passenger. Some guys outside, assuming he is manager, was rude and asked me what I was doing in a rude tone. When I told him, he then proceeded to basically make me feel like an idiot for not reading the sign. When I left, I noticed their sign only faces south bound traffic, not north bound traffic, the way I was coming. For the record, whoever it was that approached me, make sure your signs are legible from ALL directions before you start acting like a complete ass to someone. Would rather live on street than a place where the manager seems to be a dictator inside the gates. By the way, rating it a 1 is too high based on first impressions.

After little more than a month, management is trying to basically force us to sign a new lease with them, even though the lease we have is legally binding, and they cant change it. We are being threatened with eviction (for not going to the office to sign anything new) and nasty texts. Stay away from this place.

Seems like a nice quite place. Seems family base. Just the area is not somewhere you would want to raise teenagers

Beware of getting a place here. The kids are awful and gang up on other children 5 against 1 and have no issue with doing it. Patents dont do anything about the kids and management is never answering the door and unless its something they can make money off of they arent going to do anything about it. The management is money hungry people that will harass you to get money off you. If youre stupid enough to be imitated by these crooks and pay them theyll continue to find excuses to get you for money. If you stand up for yourself theyll add even more things. Theyre charging my mother for sewer and trash for a pave they know no one can live in because its filled of mold. They tried to get 500 from her after some idiot didnt think putting warning signs up was necessary while doing construction. They waved the people in and followed them and delivered a 500 notice for 2 weeks our shed be evicted. I let him that was their bad for not putting up signs and blocking off the entrance. So now after my mother done have the people a rental agreement on her son in-laws they are trying to charge her for back ground checks and since they dont live there we arent giving him sit hes trying to evict her lying saying theyve been working on it for 3 months which isnt true. Plus the dude has a job he can only come and work on his days off and after work. He doesnt have all day plus he dont know what hes doing. He watched a video and is trying to get the mold out of there. Not to meantion my mother van only afford so much supplies after they squeeze her for every penny they can. There was a man(his worker) tapped into our electric(illegally) so i called and let him know I want to be reimbursed and now all the sudden the lazy piece of work that cant ever answer the door is knocking on mine to serve papers to once again try to scare her into giving money that isnt owed to his ass.

Be very careful with this place these people are crooks trying to trap whom ever they can my family and I received help from a place called Chara they paid the a 2 month security deposit and 3 months worth of rent to help my family get back on its feet we became homeless while I was in the hospital with double pneumonia for 5 weeks I have chronic leukemia and severe neck and back injuries waiting on disability but not even 2 month in to this they are harrasing me to come to the office and sign a new agreement that says Im buying the place I already have a one year rental agreement and they are calling me and my family a squaters and threatening to throw us out being very nasty and they already have the money from chara through Sept and refuse to give me said paperwork to read and go over we have a roof that leaks electrical wiring that is faulty only half of the 210 has power cant use my washer and dryer a rotten floor in the kitchen with black mold and they will not even sit down to discuss any of it and continue to be very rude and ignorant throwing threats of eviction after only 6 weeks they are crooks bottom line do not get involved with these peoplePS not really sure why they are being like this but its definitely not cool we have a rental agreement singed all the papers legally in front of the Chara representative Rochelle so please be careful just want to finish my rental agreement in peace and then we will leave herePS ps 8/21/2017Have just received a call from the the group that has helped us because of this review I posted because of what they have been doing to us they have now called the people and tried to give them back the money to get rid of us all I wanted to do was talk to these people and they would not do it the group that helped us told them flat out we have a legal lease and thats not how it works unreal all I wanted was a place my family and I can live in peace and this is what I get

Bought a trailer and thought this would be a good experience as the manager let us move in a few days early. There was still things the park needed to fix by law even. I did a walk through and brought it to him. He refused to fix anything because we stayed early. I am talking major issues. NO AC UNITS IN THE WHOLE TRAILER. MILD EVERYWHERE. MAJOR ELECTRICSL ISSUES. MASDIVE WATER LEAK UNDER THE TEAIKER NAKING THE WATER BIG HUGE. IM TALKING A HIGE DUMP PEOPLE! I WAS RIPPED OFF. TJE PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMED. AND ALSO ON FIRST BILL $500 OF MY DEPOSIT WAS NOT ACVOUNTED FOR. HE COULDNT PROVIDE PROOF OF IT GOING TOEARDS MY BALANCE. SI UM LIVUNG WITH NO AC ELECTRICAL CIRDS ALL OVER THE FLOOR SMELKY MOLD AND ITS A NIGHTMATE.

Its not a safe place if there is an emergency. No turn around room for emergency vehicles. One way in same way out.
