Did a welding job there nice trailer park
Would rather don & lynn stayed in the office.. Or get someone honest and that knows what they are doing.. Ill tell yall this.. If you just want a place where you can park a motor home and keep to yourself, then this is the place.. As long as you dont get hooked up with Bonnie or Randy.. Just fair warning.. However, if you are looking at renting a park model, dont do it.. They have wiring issues where your electric bill will be 159$ for only being there 6 days in one month.. And having Everything shut off while gone.. There response back was the bill looked the same as everyone elses- who were there the full month.. Plus they have bad mice infestations in them- living in the air vents.. Refer to the pictures i posted.. Their response about the mice issue was oh well, its that time of the year.. Plus any mantanence issues takes at least 2 and a half months to get addressed.. Whether it was a simple screen, that wouldve taken 2-3 hours to make at ace. I called and asked.. Or if its a roof leak.. Either way Don & Lynn are nice people, but need new staff and to fix these park models.. Electricty and living conditions need to be addressed asap.. Ive contacted department of health and a lawyer.. Thanks for reading. And please review pictures.. Oh and every issue mentioned or not have all been brought to managements attention.. But their level of care is way down.. They really dont care to investigate issues or fix issues.. Their maintanence guy really doesnt fully know what hes doing.. Needs a lot of training in a lot of areas..ok im done..
Water pipes need updating (constantly breaking and being without water for days) electrical is way outdated and have amp issues with most RVs throughout the park. When it rains it floods the South Wall area (been thigh deep in just a normal rainfall all along the Apache trail side of the park) Wich is also part of electrical issues when the pedestal is underwater parts of the year. Roaches everywhere in the park, if you dont have them you will.
Great place to stay...both staff and residents are great
Stayed for 4 months at the end of 2018. Great folks! RV sites a bit tight, but otherwise all was great! Thank you!
Im not sure about Justins review. My wife and I recently stayed at Arizuma for the entire month of Feb and we found the lady at the front desk amazingly friendly and accommodating. That lady was Lyn and her hubby Don are the owners of the RV park. The more we got to know them the more we liked them. They have hired great, friendly staff and everyone is working hard to make the park great for everyone. Its a small park with many full time residents in trailers and park models but they leave room for RVs. The price is great. The park is clean and secure. Wed stay there again in a heartbeat.
Very friendly manager is great
We have stayed here for the past 3 winters and hope to stay again this year. Don and Lyn are the best! Quiet, secure and close to anything you might want to do.
I’ve been living here since November 2016. I’m a single woman who moved in because of the security of a gated community. I’ve stayed because of Don and Lyn, the owners and the other staff and tenants that make this community a safe place to live. Not sure about drug deals outside of the property, I’ve never seen that and I’m always taking my dog out for walks. Yes, the pool is small and not heated but it’s a great place to be when it’s hot! They are upfront about that. If you want a heated pool, this isn’t the place for you. As for Don or Lyn being rude, they are professional people but they aren’t pushovers either. You can’t please everybody. In closing, I’ve never felt safer or respected by landlords!
Been living here for over a year and dont plan on leaving anytime soon. The owners are great and the other full time residents are very friendly. They also have park models for rent but I dont know if they have any available.
Loved staying at this small friendly r.v.park. Nice little dog park. Beautiful rec hall and pool. This park is extremely well cared for. Great owners .
Cute RV resort with a clean pool and friendly people
Been there a year!!! No complaints so far.
Comfortably shady
Im home. Enough said
Very nice community and a genuinely friendly and attentive staff. Zero tolerance for nonsense
So far we have been here for a week. It is great little community. We are temporarily living here in a transition to get jobs and our own place. We are staying in a travel trailer. Sites are decent size. We are able to fit 2 motorcycles our car and a truck. Very pet friendly and family friendly. We had a hard time finding something that wasnt 55+. There is a small unheated pool, that will come in handy when the temps heat up. Also has a small clubhouse with a tv where they do little get togethers. Has a pool table. A couple bathrooms with showers also. Wifi doesnt reach so we have to come to the clubhouse. But we are currently working on getting wifi through media com. Every one is very friendly here. My daughter has come to most of the Dogs by name. We would recommend this place to those looking to transition or temporarily staying in the area.
Most of the people are very nice. I think its mostly pemanant people
Clean. Or along of amenities
Great family atmosphere
It sucks
Lady at the front is rude and ignorant Very small camp outdated very tight spots they will wreck your trailer when they bring it in The camp is literally a five dollar a nice camp Can you make a reservation One man tells you could stay in the lady upfront tells you got a leave They have no business running to camp I would never stay there again
