Very nice park. Very clean, residence all very friendly.

Besides enduring my family drama while on my vacation at Apache estates, the place is very friendly and appealing. There are a few big dogs that bark a bit too loud and the 24 hour hottub/pool isnt the cleanest but the place is very nice for a retired couple looking for a veteran community.

My mom lives there. It is a quiet, clean, and mostly friendly neighborhood.
