Just here visiting. Everyones been so nice and its been really nice to enjoy the tranquility. Pool and hot tub area is beautiful and was recently resurfaced.

Looked nice.... But a little snooty for casual type folks. We were just guests visiting friends and they kept getting the stink-eye because of their labrador sitting on their feet.

I have lived in Raindance Resort four years now and every year the rent for the lot has gone up. They say it’s for the improvements and water and sewer, funny cause it goes into a septic tank not a sewer. I am a full time resident not a snow bird. Seems to me this place caters to the Snow Birds more so than the full time residents. I as a full time resident have not seen all these improvements they are talking about Most of which were here when I moved in. I must say the noise level living on the side by the sixty is ridiculously loud at times with all the traffic, now it’s only going to be worse with the camp ground going in. This park is not really all that for the lot fee’s to keep going up. The Park as a whole is not that bad but can’t see the lot rental fee’s keep going up except for greedy money hungry owners. So buyers beware. Plan on sharing this on social media.

The walkway in front of this mobile home park is horrible. It is impossible to navigate. With all the money they have spent on sand...gravel...dirt...etc...they could have easily paved it. Made it easier for us walkers and people with mobility issues...but they dont. It is hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen

My grandmother lives here we visited for a week. The amenities are very amazing in the community and all the residents are awesome too! Everyone is a very polite! The pool and jacuzzi are very nice too great place to have a little vacation when visiting family Lol.

I live in this 55+ court. Weve been here since Oct. 2017. We like the court and have made many friends. It has a nice clubhouse, pool, hot tub, pool tables room, laundry, work-out room, events, movies, open Mic jam sessions, wide paved roads in the court, ...

I am just shy of 55 and had cash in hand to a property here. I have never been treated so rudely in my life trying to give away my money! The manager is just a hideaous and judgmental person which was a blessing because I would have HATED living in such a place. There are laws against age discrimination as they need to have a certain percentage of “younger” people. Not your call angry old manager! It is a state law! Not only would I never ever live here... I will convince every person I come in contact with to avoid this Place like the plaque!! I am a new generation moving to Arizona entire have a TON of friends and family moving to the area. The word will spread like wild fire that this place is horrendous!!!!

I just visited friends for dinner who live here and they love it here. I wouldve gotten lost in here had i been driving its so huge of a park! Friendly place. Sounds kinda gossipy.

I like the park but the lot fee is going up every year. This year alone there is a $30.00 total increase. I feel sorry for the residents that have a fixed income who will not be able to afford it eventually. Has me rethinking.
