10/30/20 - water turned off again without any prior notice. Previous manager was the worst, but at least they sent out a text message. =(Needed a new trashcan and got delivered an old dirty one full of someone elses gunk - it was disgusting. Got nothing but a run around from new management when I went back to the office - something about not paying full price for the trash pickup or other nonsense. Very disappointing! (10/30 no update from office and still no new trashcan)
