Its a decent place but your neighbors dogs will keep you up at night and wake you up early on your day off. Other then that its okay but shouldnt you be able to rest and relax in your own house without listening to dogs bark all day and night?

Why do you print eviction notices and put them on peoples doors for being 1 day late? I think it shows that you dont trust your tenants and you definitely dont trust the owners who have purchased units in your park. Telling someone who put thousands of dollars down on a unit and almost has it paid off that you will evict them for being one day late is tasteless and rude.

Despite SEVRAL attempts to have the issues resolved, Im losing my patience. The unit next to me has a dog that barks for hours when they are gone, then I have to listen to them playing loud Spanish music in their driveway all day when they are home. The family act like they dont understand. Guadalupe is a sweetheart, she has tried to help. But this doesnt change the fact that I cant find peace or rest in my own home. I cannot continue to pay for this.

Besides fearing for our lives every day and every night we go to sleep, its Frustrating that they give well behaved and good people eviction notices if your rent goes one day past due even if you notify them.. I think that should be left for severe non payers.

Not a fan. Run down mobile home park that bring in old mobile homes. Used to be a retired community and reasonably clean and nice. Now lots of ply wood on windows, junk in peoples yard, police in community and occasionally a fire. On the bright side it might be affordable for someone with limited income.

Seems like a very nice & quiet area to live. I visited a friend who lives here and he voiced how he enjoyed residing here as well. Nice family oriented community with knowledgeable staff on site. Also appeared to be a safe environment!

Cute little park unfortunately they dont except anyone with a criminal background. Which is understandable to a certain degree.

Quiet and friendly. The manager Guadalupe is so nice and helpfull.
