My friends grandparents are living here. While visiting them this summer I had a great time! While most occupants that live here are very kind and friendly some are onry but it comes with the territory . They should hold golf cart races though because everybody be cruising around here like tokoyo drift !

Probably the best value in the valley. This is one of the few parks where you can buy your lot. Some of the owners also rent out there lots so there are usually a few rental lots available. There are always park models for rent by individual owners too.The park itself is great. It is clean and well maintained. There is almost any activity available that one could ask for. Two pools, a large hot tub, a fitness center, a lapidary shop, a wood shop, a ceramics shop, tennis courts, pickle ball, batting cage, horseshoe pits, and shuffleboard.My parents came in as renters and bought property the first year. They came every winter for almost 30 years after. I visited them frequently over that 30 years and rented a lot for my fifth wheel for 4 years. I now own a park model and plan on keeping it for the rest of my life too.Come and see us. Youll love it.

Awesome 55+ gated community near the Superstition Mountains (pic from web) - great place to spend your winters - clean - well managed and affordable. You own your own lot so have control over your HOA fees via an elected board of directors.

Their 16 shuffleboard courts are fun to play on (they have lots of character) and they have umbrellas over their players seating areas to shade you from the sun. They are one of three resorts that are hosting the Western Team Shuffleboard Tournament and they are doing a great job!

What a great culture here. People are friendly and not overly zealous to pounce on fresh meat.It is beautiful, well maintained and just amazing amenities.We rented a friends 5th wheel and used it as a home base and private space while visiting family in AZ.We had many delightful and meaningful conversations with many of the regulars..

My in laws live here and they love it. Tons of activities, super clean grounds and pools, and everyone including the security staff is very friendly. Love that they separate the pets area from the no pets area.

Well maintained, lots to do! My parents live here, one of the nicest resorts in the area.

In 2002, we bought our winter home in the community. We usually spend six active and fun-filled months in the community. There are many reasons why we consider our community worthy of a 5-star rating. They include: (1) we own our land, therefore, have a say in how the Resort is operated; (2) we have great friends here—lots are owned for an average of 16 years which allows us to become well acquainted with our neighbors—they are like family; (3) there is never a lack of activities to keep us busy; and (4) costs are reasonable—we currently pay $145/month or $1,760/year dues which includes water, sewer, garbage, cable TV and telephone. Our property taxes are less than $400/year. In summary, Golden Vista is a GREAT place to live!!

I dont live here but a close family member does and he loves it there. There are plenty of clubs and activities there that can keep a person going all day every day if you want it to. The residents are very friendly and will keep an eye out for you - but theyre not intrusive. You can be as involved as you want to be.

Well kept place lots of fun

Have you got two hours to hear me out. This place is like adult summer camp. It has everything that you can I imagine wanting to do. from dancing, classes dancing hot tub and pool, exercise pool, exercise room, Library, wood shop, silversmithing, quilting with a full sewing room, pottery and ceramics, gift shop, horseshoes, tennis court, shuffleboard, pool parties, BBQs on the patio, Billiards, bowling at the local city, Casino bus runs, casino night, bingo night, card room, puzzle area, Sat breakfasts, hicking club, many concerts and dinners put on by the park, crafting and vendors in our Ballroom, mini putting green, and many other activities put on by our director Jan. Now if you cant stay busy with just those things there are a few more things I could add. You can get your blood pressure checked, some flu shots, massage therapist will come in by appointment, and a barber has set up sometimes to come in with there service. I think I got most of the things off the top of my head. I am sure there are some I missed. We can call Jeff our manager if you need help with anything, hes always there to help.

Im too young to live there, lots are small but its nice and lots of activities.

Wont let anyone move in under 55, even though the law says there can be 10% under. I was a year and 4 months too young. Also handicapped.
