This was a beautiful oasis at the edge of the desert. I just drove through and am saddened at current management/owner has allowed all the beautiful that was here to die and weed up. Park looks run down and tired.

A bit pricey since there are very few amenities. Others here were very nice & helpful.

Well Ive lived at New Haven Estates approximately one year and its absolutely great, the manager takes care of business the right way, its nice and quiet with a view of the superstition mountains and price per lot is reasonable

Nice clean place to live. No druggies and all the snowbirds leave at the end of winter season so not many tenants for most of the other part of the year when the weather is warm.

Nice area mostly winter homes for seniors escaping extreme weather back in there home states

Nice friendly park, but very small. Not for me, but Im sure others looking for a quaint place would love it!

Sundowner is a nice clean Park I like it because its kept clean and quiet. It is close to everything you need.

Very quiet place, back ground its check, mostly people 50+, close to shopping centers, churches and markets.

Nice park, very friendly residents. Office manager very friendly. .

Old and run down, and lot Rent keeps going up way too many new rules.

Love this place! Its home... peaceful!
