Small park, pretty clean, close to town. Not much of a social life among tenants, better for those who keep to themselves. Better rates than most parks.

Ronnie and Shelly Long ( managers in lot 10) STOLE MY TRAILER. They defaulted in court, never showing up, refused to pay the balance of $4,000 for my trailer. Being I moved to out of state, they were sapose to make payments. Instead, they texted me. Insults, refuse to pay me what they owed. Took advantage of a senior. They are liers and cheats. Court has documents of such case. They are living in a STOLEN TRAILER !

The name of the park is Sleets Mobile Homes. Nice park. Small.

I dont live in this park. But the people that moved into the trailer in front of my house divided by a brick wall complain about noise, I dont live in your park people, you want a retirement home go to sun city
