Like location close to work friend near on phone management seem nice

Lived there for 25 years. They run that park like its a concentration camp. Rules in the lease should apply to all residents but they dont parks operation manager over steps her authority there and she talks down to grown mature tenants as if they were children. They hardly ever fix anything but yet they kept raising the rent claiming it was increased due to all the repairs in park. In my personal opinion due to past history with that park Id have to say if you want a nice happy friendly place to live then avoid them at all cost to sum it up there slum lords with a power trip. Not exactly sure how they get away with treating people with such disrespect they certainly dont follow the rules in the landlord tenant act handbook.

This homeland park is where people live in Anchorage..I havent had the chance to look around. It looks like they are in the neck-o-the-woods..Chugach Mountains close by. Awright view..Little bit always from downtown..Businesses, food marts are probably across the street..Enjoy..

Enjoyed living there for many years Neighbors keep to themselves. Excellent location close to stores, restaurants, schools banks, and numerous other businesses.

Mobile Home Park rainfield is good place to live live there for 12 years raise my two boys
