Confusing to find friends but nicer than most

A nice place to live

Was only there for a short amount of time to visit a friend so dont really have that much knowledge about the place. It seemed to be quiet and kept up a lot better then RangeView mobile home park and other parks as well. From first appearance its okay.

Layout is confusing and speed bumps are killer. Always bash my undercarriage, even going 1 mph. Park roads could be better maintained.

Please snow plow your court. Its nothing but speed bumps. Which by the way, there are too many of those to begin with. Wear your shocks, and they better be in good shape cause this court will wear them out for sure.

Was a alright neighborhood it is a kid friendly area tje streets are some what confusing can get lost if you dont pay attention lol!!

Great neighborhood I’ve lived here all my life and now work here it has a beautiful view of the mountains friendly people and the owners are very polite

I can go into many rants about this place but it would be more positive for both sides for me to just leave the rating.

Roads are rough ..no signs to guide a sense of direction lots of lot numbers good luck in a taxi

Its a great place, but they need to fix the speed bumps and what I mean by that is lower them alittle.

Aunt lives in this trailer court. My kids love visiting!
