This trailer park is ok, but could use a lot of improvement.

Nice quite place.

Quiet part of town. I have not heard any sirens on a daily basis. Neighbors are quiet. Tap water taste pretty decent. Roads in neighborhood are not plowed.

Best trailer park in Anchorage. Only 4 stars because of poor communication and I assume hes the maintenance manager is very rude . He was upset about a trailer I purchased that he wanted but didnt get. No reason to be a jerk to my family and I

Roads are potholed and appear not well maintained. Trailers vary from very well kept to in shambles. Always kids playing and looking happy.

Grew up here for 10 years. Most of the people here are friendly and great. There are a few that could definitely do without but thats how life is always going to.

Great place to live.

I have lived in this trailer park off and on for 21 years and for the most part it is ok. The only problem I have experienced throughout the years is vehicle brake-ins have increased. Recently it has gotten bad all over though. I do like that it is usually quiet at night and for the most part the residences are friendly. I currently do not live there but I have family that does. The court owners have recently updated there rules and are now in forcing the number of cars you can have in your driveway. Also you have got to keep your yard clean and debris free.

Really fast service only thing wrong is sometimes the neighbors but, its a great place if youre looking for a good home for the family
