As a flooring vendor our experience has been fantastic. The customer service is great, they are very organized which makes scheduling the units a breeze. I have mainly talked with Charlie and she is very responsive whenever we have questions. When it comes to finances, their payment is always on time. I lived here for about a year and 6 months before having to find a different apartment for my mother but this is really one of the most beautiful apartment complex that Weidner has! It is so clean and modern. I never knew what it was like to not have to share a wall with neighbors and it will be one of the luxuries that I will miss the most. Everyone who worked in the office was super kind, especially Rachel. She really made everything a lot easier. If you have any questions make sure you ask for Rachel!

We rented at Four Seasons while our house was being rebuilt from the earthquake. Rachel and everyone in the office were very accommodating and helpful to us. Our rental was very clean when we moved in and the privacy is a lot nicer compared to an apartment.

The folks at Four Seasons are the best! I was researching where to live, and it seems like I can never get a lot of the apartment complexes on the phone, but Four Seasons is always available and ready to go. The proximity to the base as well as being right across the road from Best Buy, Shopping, Restaurants, and the IMAX theater makes this place awesome to live. Its so convenient! I also like how we can have pets here and how clean everything is maintained. Highly recommend this place if youre looking for a new home.

My family and I are supper blessed with a wonderful and friendly community here at Four Seasons. The office workers surely makes you feel like home the first second you meet with them. The trailer homes are supper beautiful with so much space and on the plus side you get to have your own laundry room.

I hate that we had to move out of state! The team at Four Seasons was attentive and caring. I loved my home. The modern kitchen was my favorite! I got so many compliments on my home too. We loved the privacy of not being in an apartment too. So quiet!

We found Four Seasons after looking at a few other places. We just moved in and love it so far. The setup they have here makes you feel like your living in a home instead of an apartment. It is clean and you have your own space. The office staff is great!. Rachel the community director goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood and very close to base, and shopping centers. It’s nice to have your own and not have to share with anyone. Never really had any issues. Celine and the management team is ALWAYS helpful and supper nice! They do everything in their power to make sure you’re taken care of! Excellent customer service!

I have lived here for 6 months. We love it here very much. I moved from my hometown in TX and finally feel like I have a home again. Rachel, the manager, is largely responsible for it. When we first moved in, it was a bit run down and lots trash in yards and mailbox area.Rachel has cleaned up the place! She is also very nice as well.She has fun community activities. The amenities are very nice. We can pay and request maintenance on our app.Maintenance is fast and friendly as well.Gotta give props to Celine too. She is the office staff/leasing agent. So very nice!Can you tell I love it here?Anyway, I totally recommend living at Four Seasons. I am a tough one to please so if I recommend it...you will be very happy here and have a home.

I have watched this property transform from a rundown trailerpark to a cool little community with a vibrant feel. It doesnt giveyou the feel of anything like ive seen in town. These are well builtmodular type construction in a super convenient part of town, all with a friendly helpful staff. I would definitely recommend looking at theseunits if I were in the market.

The office staff at Four Seasons is amazing and the units are awesome. My family was displaced by the 2018 earthquake, when they heard we were living in a hotel the staff worked really hard to get a unit ready for us so we could move in as soon as possible. Saving us time and money. The staff has bent over backwards for us as we are sometimes needy tenants and theyve always been clear and fair, working with us during a unit transfer to make it as smooth as possible during a difficult time in our lives. If youre looking for a great apartment on this side of town look no further.

I really enjoy living here! It is 10x better than an apartment pretty much your own home. My kids love that they can play and move around their home without any neighbors complaining! The property here is very quite, I high recommend living here if you are tried of complaining/loud neighbors!.

This is a nice neighborhood if your looking for a low key place to settle down. If your use to apartments, the freedom from being stuck with anyone else’s noise is great. People seems to be friendly, though not very social (which is a good thing if your an introvert). The staff makes a noticeable effort to continually make improvements and seem to be very open to new suggestions and feed back. A negative about this place is that the streets are not very wide and parking can be a hassle at time, and some vehicles like to drive on these roads as if they are on the highway, children outside play or not.All in all, I enjoy living here and am satisfied with what I get for what I pay!

My husband and I just moved into 4 Seasons about two weeks ago. We contacted the leasing office and needed a place to move into ASAP. They worked with us & got us moved in, in less than 3 days. The neighborhood is very quiet & peaceful. Plus, they’ve completely redone the inside of each home so everything is updated and modern. We loooove living here!

Close to JBER which makes my commute so easy. Less than 10 minutes to work. The office was very helpful getting us setup with the RPP military program. Anytime we have concerns they are quick too. I love how big the home is too.

I enjoy the time I have had here(still here). The office people are great. When the earthquake happen they went above and beyond for me, I was stuck at work and my dog was home alone they went and checked on him took him out to do his business and called me back to let me know everything was ok in my house only a few things fell. They can answer any questions you have without just guessing they know there business. The homes are very nice we live in a doublewide for the last 2 1/2 years.The community is nice and growing very family oriented.

Wonderful, quiet, and conveniently located within 15mins of everything and downtown. Weve been in Anchorage and at Four Seasons for 2 months now and absolutely love it. Our newer (within 3yrs old) manufactured home is well maintained, and for a 3bd 2bth the price is reasonable. Management is wonderful, friendly and Rachel was extra helpful in getting us just the right home through countless emails and phone calls. Rachel truly made our move from Washington State a little stressful!

Omg... I recieved a promotion through my work and it required me to relocate to Anchorage Alaska. I reached out to multiple rental companies for help. Rachael Kosal at the Four Seasons was the absolute best. She was quick to answer any and all my questions. She even took some great pictures of the property and surrounding area for me. Great units, incredible staff and good place to call home

This place was a decent place to rent out. The leasing office was always willing to work out a problem. The rent here can be expensive depending on how long your lease is. Where I was located it was very quiet but your experience can differ depending on your location of your unit. Before signing the lease try to see if there are any lots available on the edges of the area I find those are usually the more quiet.

Dont do it! There are way better apartments in Anchorage.Moved in October 2016 and my family and I have decided to move out of state April 2018. They tied to tell us that we had to pay out our lease of over 8 months to vacate the premises. The funny thing is We were on a one year lease that expired October 2017 which turned us into month-to-month since we were never asked to come in and resign a lease. They told me multiple times over the phone that they have a leased signed with my name on it that expires August 2018. Went down to the office with the original lease to set them straight.Now that we are trying to move out they have us paying over 2,000 which is the most we have ever paid for this crappy location. Stay clear of this place, yes the places are very nice and sometimes brand new but not worth the stress and headache when trying to move out!The roads suck in the winter. People almost run you over cause there are no stop signs anywhere. No snow removal. There are constant gunshots you hear often. Not very soundproof so if someone is in their driveway talking or partying nearby you hear everything. Not ideal for guests since you cant park on the street. Just overall horrible!

Its very nice to not have to live directly on top of, underneath, or beside your neighbor. That was the biggest appeal factor.However, they have increased rent each time my lease has been renewed and I dont feel the price justifies the property. They state brand new but the kitchen flooring isnt correctly sealed down, when the dishwasher was replaced I HAD TO CLEAN up the mess from the contractors which was a ton of sawdust, there are cracks in every corner of the house from earthquakes, which I have made property management aware but I never heard back from them, as well as shoddy bathroom equipment bathtub stoppers, toilet seats that Ive personally replaced with metal screws. I cant figure out a safe way to move the gas stove to clean underneath or beside it because of how the kitchen is set up and you can bet on move out they will be checking and charging if it isnt clean.They have hired a security company to drive around at night but they fly through and I dont know how they are supposed to see anything when they arent looking. Other neighbors with dogs allow their dogs to poop anywhere including the yard my kid plays in. We have had consistent electrical problems and I get fearful the house is going to burn down. I will be opening another ticket momentarily to see if it will get addressed.The biggest kudos I can give is to Bob, the man is there all the time and it makes me feel safe knowing he has a pretty good idea about what goes on around there.Also, to rent here, unlike most other places you rent where there is a 5 day grace period to pay your rent, with Weidner you have to pay by the first or second to avoid fee, and like I just found out if the office is closed on a Sunday which is the second day of the month and isnt staffed and you wait until start of business on Monday to pay you will be charged a late fee and you will have an eviction notice on your door on the third day of the month. I will not be renewing my lease with them when it is time.

We’re about to renew our lease for 18 months here cause let’s face it, we can’t find an adequate size apartment for the price we’re hoping for. It’s a little on the pricey side but the plus is that it’s not a building so you wouldn’t have to worry about noisy footsteps above you.The irritating thing about them is that they have no sense of prompt respect nor responsibility of answering back e-mail messages. They don’t seem to abide by the lease agreement they issued (e.g. pets, parking spaces, etc) their ovens always malfunction and their maintenance person seems to have no clue what’s wrong with it or of anything of the matter (I’d replace the ovens myself but of course that’s illegal.), they placed mobile homes right beside private mobile homes which brings us back to the parking space issue (it’s profit for them to have quantity more than quality living for their tenants) and lastly, rent prices rise (but what rental apartment company doesn’t? This is Weidner you’re talking about). The positive thing about it is that it’s KINDA spacious for us as compared to other apartments we’ve lived in. But if there was a possibility of another spacious rent around Anchorage or if I get cheaper rental apartments in Eagle River that would justify my commute to work, I’d take it in a heartbeat and leave this place.

Disclaimer: I moved out of these apartments 3 months ago. Things could have gotten better/worse since then, though Im pretty sure its pretty much just the same.Safety: MY PLACE WAS SHOT AT. Im talkin bullets through my window while I was watching TV in the living room. I was told that a drug deal went down outside and stray bullets hit a good amount of the trailers. That being said, I lived there for a year and a half and this is the only time anything crazy happened. I left hoses, shovels, and bikes outside regularly (fully expecting them to be stolen... HELLO, we are in the Mountain View/Boniface area), but they were never touched. I never saw any suspicious people walking or driving around. It was quiet. Theres also a security car that drives around a few times at night. So thats a plus!Appearance: Long story short, this is definitely the nicest apartment (appearance-wise) you can get for this price in Anchorage. The appliances were all new and the unit was furnished with granite tops.Noise: You wont hear any noise from your neighbors unless they are on their porch or have their windows/doors propped open. In that case, you hear EVERYTHING.Management: Ive never had a problem with the staff as far as attitude goes. However, they pretty much never enforced any rules they had set in place (parking on the street was prohibited and yet all my neighbors did it and they were never asked to stop). I called them once a month for a year because my neighbor kept letting his dog leave mounds of poop on my driveway. They kept saying they will give him a notice... but nothing ever came of it.Overall, aside from the location and the safety concerns that come with living in this neighborhood, it was a pretty nice place to live.

The places here are kinda nice but it seems that the lease agreement doesnt matter here. Some people have more than two pets, they let people have their cats run around outside so there are pretty much stray cats all over the place jumping into cars with the windows down, fighting and howling right outside while you try to sleep. The children here play outside past curfew as well. Most people arent made to respect the lease agreement. There are places that have more than two cars, more than two animals, some look like junk yards others look like landfills. So much more wrong with this place. They will let anyone stay here even after people warn them about how distructful certain families are. This place is just like any other bad trailer park. So far the only positive thing is that it doesnt seem to have much crime.

I like the lay out and sometimes it can be quiet, however on the northern side of the lot there is a drug problem (people leaving dirty needles and bloody paper towels) on the ground, people drive carelessly.. in one case a guy hit a cat in the road, the unit has severe cracks everywhere and there is a thievery issue. The Leasing manager has done nothing to resolve these issues and i wish we could break our lease and move somewhere else.
