I’ve owned a place here for 8.5 year and lately nothing has been kept up with. My most recent battle is getting my mailbox fixed;It was broken into on March 26th,I spoke with the manager of park upkeep and was told it would be fixed,I spoke with someone over the phone about my situation, and finally the district manager. My mailbox is still broken, the post office will not hold my mail any longer and now it’s disrupting the IRS etc; online data tells them I have no mailing address here. I’m really frustrated and sick of nothing being done about this.

This is a trailer park with 3 entrances. 2 of them are off of Brayton Dr. and the 3rd one is off of Academy St. That street name or shortcut is called: Emily. The speed limit in the park is only 15 mph. This is the main trailer park and the office is located here via the second entrance. Now; there is a second Southwood Manor trailer park with one entrance/exit with the address of: 9599 Brayton Dr. It sits after Cozza Dr. and before the main trailer park off Brayton Dr.
