The owner or landlord seem ok. There rules seem fair. The only bad thing Ive noticed about this place is they need to plow the roads better in the winter.

Low income neighborhood with a lot of sketchy people living in it. The community is well laid out and seems well managed. But the crime rate is really high.

Could do better definitely

It was nice, but there are a lot of yhiefs who live in that mayflower park... other than that it was great.

Its a good park for the kids
