It seems as if they save trailers from the dump, throw some bandaids on them and try and pass off as livable. Bed bugs, roaches, and snakes as managers/owners. The biggest mistake of my life was moving here and I cant wait to leave

Most of these 50+ year old trailers should be slum properties. James gilmore is the slimiest slumlord youll ever meet. Zero repairs nd youll be living in filth

I have lived here since February 1st. I wasnt quite sure I had made the right choice when moving here. I needed a low income place to live being on Disability. I liked the Manager Kevin. And his son Conner helps out if Kevin isnt available. In my observations from living here almost 2 months, I have seen the property owner here at least an average of 3 days a week. It seems that he is making improvements to the park that are making Buena Suerte a well manicured place to live. The manager, his son, and the owner are constantly on the move when needed. Fixing things that are broken, cleaning up lots preparing for incoming renters, etc. I think they are making improvements that everyone will appreciate and be attracted to when coming to see your new place to live!

Not a place to buy food just dessert. Prices are kinda high especially for what you getting. Other than that its good.

This is in reply to the review by Yvonne Martinez. I have lived here for almost 3 years and have consistently become familiar with all of my neighbors up to this point. Yvonne has not ever lived here. Not once did I have a neighbor named Yvonne. Ive never once had a problem with the management in 3 years living here.

Can never get a hold of management. We have things that we were told were going to be fixed and some of them have been several months and still arent fixed. One problem is creeping up on a year without being fix

Just moved in a month ago. Its peaceful and quiet.
