If you want to live where it is quiet, entertaning, and friendly people. this is the place to be. We lived in a house off Foothills Blvd before moving here, but before we moved here we looked at every 55+ places in the area and found Ranch Rialto the best groomed, cleanest restrooms and laundry, swimming pool, Club house, and all other areas. The office staff was #1 So after coming back two or three time we found a beautiful home that fit our needs and moved in. We havent regretted it. Renee and Vicki are very accommodating in the office and Ken and Almondo are the best. We would recommend moving here. Fun in the sun.
Best community I have ever lived. It is beautiful, safe, and impeccably clean. All the facilities look new. They are constantly adding new amenities for our enjoyment. Kenny and Renee( managers ) are the best. Hard working and personable. It is so quiet here but you feel comfortable having your BBQ well into the evening. Thanks to Kenny and Renee and their staff.
Well it used to be nice and quiet in the park, but lately the management has been allowing a band to play music outside one of the manufactured homes. I like music but I dont want to have to listen to IT when Im trying to listen to my own music. This activity isnt allowed in any community that I know of, especially a 55+park.
Spent 5 months here. Great resort with huge RV spaces. Very nice clubhouse. We liked that there was reserved seating for the dinners. All the facilities were well kept. Staff was very helpful. Tennis, Pickleball, Shuffleboard and much more. Hope we can come back.
Cant wait to get back had a blast last year. Small park, comparitively speaking, Well maintained, tons of activities, dances, shows, dinners, classes. Great winter home and just 10 min from Mexico.
Visited November 2018 to look at RV park and manufactured homes. Came back in December in our RV and bought a house. Great large RV sites, great amenities and the manufactured home side is like a village. Love the park. Ken and Renee are the best managers weve ever encountered. They take pride in their park and care about the residents needs as well as the RVers. Vicky in the office is just the best. Shes always there to help in any way she can. Thanks to all for making this a great place to live!
I like the quiet of the neighborhood, a great place to visit friends.
Beautiful RV PARK but doesnt accommodate for dogs over 25#
Rancho Rialto is the best park in Yuma - perhaps all of Arizona. We have been travelling with a motorhome since 2007 and stayed at many, many RV parks in many, many cities and towns. We decided to settle in Yuma as it has the best winter climate in the USA and Rancho Rialto was the best park for us. Lots of activities, friendly people, clean facilities, and large lots. What more could you ask for? The price is a lot cheaper than the Phoenix area and the park is much newer. The managers and office staff are friendly and helpful. This is the park for us and we have been staying here since 2008.
Best place to be. Friendly people, clean park and sunshine. Ken and Renee are the best.
First we have the best management team. They are young enough to keep our park in great shape and old enough to understand us. Canadians and Americans feel welcome and intermingle at park functions and happy hours. My husband and I originally rented in the RV section and now own a house. Its a great, safe place to live.
Love this park, large spaces, very clean, reasonable, plenty of amenities, staff is very friendly.I would highly recommend this park.
We moved to Rancho Rialto in July. Our Oregon friends thought we were crazy, but we have found a warm, welcoming group of residents who are becoming fast friends. The community is clean and well managed. I am very proud of the choice we made when I see some of the other retirement choices in and around Yuma. We wake up to sunshine nearly every day, enjoy water aerobics in the pool and are very happy to be here.
Clean, quiet, large spaces. Only draw back is they only have one pickleball court. But planning on having a couple more by next year.
Nice hall, good jam for dancing, didnt know you had to bring your own drinks.
They have card bingo on Wed. The public is welcome to play. Its fun and sometimes you win. April thru October you play single. November thru March you play groups of 4 ppl & split it.
Nice resort to spend some time in.
Nice RV place, have some friends that stay here every Winter.
Well balanced between manufactured homes, par mod ed ke and RVs
Nice clean park 90 percent manufactured homes
Love this park! We played Bunco sat. night and everyone had a blast!
Rancho Rialto 55+ MFH & R V Park is a great place to live !If you are a snowbird wanting to get out of the cold this is the place to be!Our Management Team & Our Activities Team are the best!
Large clean, paved RV park, over half of it is permanent homes. Has a large pool and other recreation. We went to an impersonators show there that was really good, 50s and 60s songs.
This was a neat place. I wasnt disappointed!
Management is great. Clean place to stay. Lots of activities.
Elvis lives...Yes Elvis can be seen at Rancho Rialto. Sometimes you can catch him singing at some of the activities during the winter months. Blue Diamond Home and Rv has some pre-owned units for a great price.
Great amenities, large spaces, beautiful homes and the managers make it easy to call Rancho Rialto your home.
