Place has sex offender manager/ grounds keeper.Who works for Mesa Yuma RV Park also.Still has mobile home there and rents out a park model also. he is a con-artiest notice the address,and he brings in more guys just like him to live with him.

There is a good Pokéstop right at the entrance to this place. So nice to catch Pokémon and stare dreamily into the little canal thingy.

Wrost place i lived there a week and had to move and also they didnt want to give my deposit back i just had month to month lease
