Very clean park. Seems secure with perimeter fencing. Maintenance Man is extremely helpful & courtesy. Hes a Great asset to have.

Owned by a slum lord So many bad reviews because they are true. Horrible place. Most likely would be shut down if housing authorities came here. Actually they dont even deserve ONE star

I rented a place here one day and I told the management that I have a criminal history in advance also that I was on probation. They informed me it was fine and my disabled mom and I signed the lease paid everything to move in over a 1000 dollars with deposits and all. We had a few discrepancies such as no water pressure, doors and windows not having weather stripping, doors broken, no toilet seat, no keys for an entry door etc. The air conditioning never shuts off 247 cause of bad insulation. Well the next day after I report all this the management all the sudden tells me my disabled mother and I have to move out cause of my criminal history when they said the day prior it was fine. A little bit shady if you ask me. And also there are veterans like myself in this park that are being mistreated one of which has no AC still and its hot out here. This place is terrible and they dont care about there tenants. So stay at your own risk.

WORSE PLACE TO EVER LIVE AT!!!! Filthy as can be we had to clean trailer from previous owner when it shouldve been done when we moved in, sewer lines smell up the place, COCKROACH INFESTATION (Disgusting) Accused of stealing microwave when the dump didnt even come with one, they lied about a full propane tank it was gone in less then 3 days PLACE JUST WANTS ANY EXCUSE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY I WOULDNT RECOMMEND LIVING THERE THATS FOR SURE
