Parking was plentiful and the trail was well maintained.

Kept clean and clear, allowing us to see a lot of wildlife, Nixon Park is one of our favorite spots to take the kids. Information and clearly marked trails all over, it is an engaging walk or hike.

Great variety of trail styles and lengths. The central hub around the nature center provides an immersive experience the entire family will enjoy. They have been really hard at work rebuilding wildlife diversity and habitats. A truly wonderful place to visit!

I take my toddler here to go on walks occasionally, it is a very nice and safe area to come and get outside. The trail is not very difficult so smaller ones will have no problem with the trail. The trail is not paved it is gravel so you just have to watch our for holes after it has rained but we always have a great time here. There are also some benches along the trail to rest of need be.

A nice 5 mile round trip hick, a lot of inclines but they level out so you get some good blood pumping without killing yourself.not great for those with children. Its a scenic hike with lots of green, we spotted some deer on the trail too. More than a few joggers on the trail but they were all polite and gave warning. Dogs friendly but keep leashed as there is water, animals, and the before mentioned joggers. Overall a ni e afternoon outing.
