This tiny place packs a gigantic punch. If your looking to up your I.Q ten or twenty points. You need to spend a few hours with these folks. Im from NYC and highly recommend a visit to this place!!!

I gathered an incredible amount of Genealogy information in a few hours with the help of amazing knowledgeable staff. They are set up with Ancestry online capabilities and an wealth of experienced volunteers. Its worth a day or week trip to explore the area of YORK, PA as it was 100-200 years ago. The entire town is historical correct. A family trip or History of this United States class trip it definitely fits the bill. I cant wait to make the adventure with my Grandkids. Enjoy!!!

Nice small museum. Entrance fee is to high, this is more of a $5 or $6 museum.

Actually pretty cool! My nephew was always watching the history channel so I thought he would like this. We had a fun.

I always have a great experience at the History Ctr. The staff and volunteers are more than happy to help. They have a wonderful gift shop and book store. They have hours on Saturday, not necessary to feed the meters on Saturday.

I have been a member here for years and its a great place to spend the day or a week.

This is a great place to visit and so historically profound. Had the opportunity to play music for a private function for a hospital in York. In between breaks we had a chance to visit the museum and was astounded by all the different cars manufacturers that were made in York at the turn of the century!

I stopped in to do some genealogy. They have a lot of stuff and a comfortable area to research in.

Always enjoy visiting the York County History Center. The staff and volunteers are tremendously helpful with research.

Its a multi-function building you can get books and pamphlets on York as well as they have Catered Affairs there
