We stopped to view the museum while passing through the area. It was enjoyable reading about feats of strength and learning about lifting champions.

The museum has many pictures and artifacts tracing the history of weightlifting. Even those who are not a fan of weightlifting will find the displays of interest. There is also a barbell-shaped object you can sit on to take a photo. The best thing about the museum is the whole experience is free.
