Nice spacious park. Has multiple soccer fields, 1 big playground, a small one for little kids (2-5 year olds), and a skate park. There are also restrooms here too (the stalls have curtains in place of doors and toilets have no seat covers). Theres also plenty of benches and tables. Not to mention there are plenty of trash receptacles around and there wasnt any trash on the ground. Well kept park. :)

Quiet and spacious park. Great shaded parking for eating on a lunch break. Soccer games frequently and great place to let the dog run. Located very close to food shopping gas and lodging.

So beautiful and clean. One of the most peaceful places to enjoy with family and friends. My 3 boys love it because not only can the throw a football or kick around there soccer balls but they have a safe place to skateboard as well..

Nice place to buy lunch and park in their parking lot and enjoy a peaceful quiet atmosphere in the park.

Its got alot of grassy fields to play soccer and run around it. It also has a playground for tots and for older kids. Currently they are building a swimming pool but it has not affected our time at the park. So pumped for the new pool to be complete. I recommend this park.

This park is Awesome and it has toys for kids of most ages Plus a giant wide open grassy space with beautiful bright green grass and its a fun and from my experience, a safe place to bring the kids or the whole fam!!

Nice open park. Usually busy with soccer on the weekends but Thanks to COVID the park is pretty quiet these days. There are picnic tables available and plenty of shade around the perimeter.

I would love it if there were benches all around the play sets at all the parks for the parents to sit. Some parks have one or two but with as many people as there can be there, that isnt enough. It would make such a difference for parents.

Its a nice park just off the highway, to stretch your legs, maybe grab a bite at a nearby fast food place, and let your out to run and relieve itself, all of which we did. Just please, pick up after your pooch. Which we also did.

It was a peaceful place to eat taco bell in our car it was clean and not very many people so we felt safe.

This was a beautiful park! Access to iffy bathrooms but bathrooms are at least there! The park and are is beautiful with a huge nice new YMCA right next to it.

Nice park.... Roads near it area really busy though.... Doesnt feel safe for younger children or pets

This is a great place if you play sports or want a nice walk. It does have some inappropriate kids in the skate park on occasion, but overall this is a good place to hang out.

There is a large open park, close to McDonalds, Starbucks and the Powerhouse resturant, Bi- mart and YMCA Acoustic Center.

This is probably my favorite park in town. I love the toddler section and my older son loves the climbing platforms. And of course we all love the saucer swing! Only downside is its on the opposite side of town from where we live. But its always worth the drive.

Nice facility near grocery stores and a new aquatic facility. Grass turf was well manicured and free of holes, perfect for competitive soccer games. There’s also a skatepark on site.

No lights on. In bad weather walking is dangerous because sidewalks are not lit up. Also walkways are not marked. Crosswalks are none existant. Safety for pedestrians not evident.

Home to the new YMCA opening soon! This area was such a waste just as soccer fields nobody used, nice to see it being developed into something everyone can use and be proud of for the whole community.Looking forward to the grand opening in time for winter!

The park looks nice but not 2 feet from where I parked was a needle and then 2 more feet another needle. I had no rubber gloves and was not going to touch them so who do you call

Its got grass and sky. Theres a skatepark and some other equipment. A bunch of people were performing some sport or something.

It was almost 60 degrees today, okay 53 and I took my little three-year-old daughter to Chester Lee Park. My wife had a short nap in the car as my granddaughter and I played at the play ground and we had the whole park and playground to ourselves it was wonderful and then a small little girl a couple years older came and played with us. And Grandpa monster became a little kid and played. So fun for all of us, I am blessed to have a healthy body to play so hard and have tons of fun, laughter and smiles

Awesome place to spend day with family

Spent all morning decorating the Pavillion for a party only to have to change locations 30 min before the party started because i failed to see a Reservation Signage which was so small and hidden anyone would have missed it!!! It was horrible! Other than that the kids had fun so it wasnt a complete disaster

Nice skate park and a few well maintained sports pitches at this park. There is currently a new building going up on the corner of powerline and 40th in the park.

Playing, Harry Potter Wizards Unite. Was able to see the Grande Finale of the Yakima Fairgrounds fireworks, from the Pwerhouse Pathway, inthe park. The homeless men in the park were less aggressive and werent yelling at me today BONUS!

You got kids on skateboards, kids on bikes and kids on scooters. Surprisingly they didnt have any collisions.

There taking half the park with buildings, not sure for what.. Other wise on a nice and sunny day to eat at the tables and a playground for the kids to play.

Great playgrounds! It has two playgrounds, one for bigger kids and a smaller one made for toddlers.The only thing missing is a canopy, the sun is directly on it! No trees just a field so avoid slides during the summer. Also has a bench for sitting.

There are lots of soccer fields here, a pretty nice skate park, and a few fun play structures. Fields are well kept without much litter. One complaint is that the playground is not very close to either the east or west parking lots, so you have to walk a couple hundred yards to get to them. Very little shade at this park.Looking forward to the pool that is supposed to be built here. Will be very nice to have access to that here in Yakima. There was a desperate need.

Always clean, especially now that the city took out the dumpster that people would dump their personal trash in. Only complaint is the people walking their dogs and not picking up after them. Nobody needs to worry about land mines while taking a stroll.

Fun area to ride my electric unicycle, in decent shape.
